We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane's place. Fantastic host, Diane was very responsive and happy to give use reccomendations. Western Horizons is just a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Lawrenson is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! So kind and generous! Always willing to share with you all the different produce growing on his property. Bananas, plantains, papayas, guavas, breadfruit, ginger, turmeric, coconuts, tania, limes, sugarcane etc! Listening to the crashing waves of the Atlantic are soothing and peaceful. The pleasant sea breeze is a blessing! There is plenty of room in the house. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality stainless steel pots and pans. Make sure to bring the groceries you’ll need for your stay. Like Lawrenson says, the beauty of Dominica is in its simplicity! Good Hope is a beautiful quiet village. You’ll definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle which you should have in Dominica anyway! We visited Emerald Pool, Spanny Falls, Jacko Falls, Jacko Flats, Salton Falls which are all within 30 minutes. There is a gas station in the neighbouring village of San Sauveur. We truly enjoyed our 18 days in this mini paradise!

The accommodation is as described. Well-equipped, clean, comfortable. The view is splendid. Parking is easy The neighborhood is very friendly and helpful. Doriana is easily reachable, accommodating. Despite an independent entry via box, it is sufficiently available for this to be done easily and in a pleasant way. The location of the accommodation is convenient for exploring the island.

A huge thank you to Andy, our host, who became much more than just a host during our stay! He helped us every step of the way, which really made our stay much more enjoyable. Check-in and checkout were flexible, which allowed us to organize ourselves calmly. The space was perfectly in line with the photos and descriptions, and the location was great, with food and shopping nearby and the city center easily accessible. We would highly recommend this place and thank Andy again for hosting us and for his support throughout our stay!

We were completely comfortable and happy here. Soufriere is a wonderful town. People were friendly and welcoming. There is great snorkeling, hiking, and hot springs nearby. Marilyn’s place has a great view of the sunset over the ocean. The balcony is fun to hang out on, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has what you need. The bedrooms were bigger than we expected. The WiFi worked really well. We loved this place!

Fantastic view. Hot water. AC in bedroom, washer, quiet neighborhood, pool. What more can you ask for? I recommend a car. but we are able to take public busses daily from close by. Harry and Tina were extremely helpful in all ways, including holding our bags after check out so we could enjoy it last day before the afternoon ferry.. Great stay, will stay here again.

Our stay at Hilroy’s place was a truly unique and enjoyable experience. The listing is exactly as described—it’s a one-of-a-kind retreat that allows you to fully disconnect from the outside world in a peaceful, secluded setting. Despite its remote location, it’s still just a 25-minute drive from the capital, offering the perfect balance between seclusion and convenience. Hilroy was a great host—very responsive and accommodating, even when we encountered some travel delays. While the drive up is a bit challenging at first and requires a 10-15 minute walk on the trail to reach the property, this only added to the adventure for us. We found the entire experience thoroughly rewarding.

Johnathan and Gilly were exceptional hosts; super friendly and welcoming. Gilly greeted us with a handwritten welcome card and was flexible with check-in/check-out. The house itself is stunningly clean, well-kept, and the kitchen is fully functional and equipped with everything you could possibly need— I especially appreciated the standing mixer! The fridge was generously stocked to help us settle in, including a bottle of wine, local snacks and dry goods. Each bedroom had fresh flowers, linens clean and fresh with TONS of closet and storage space. The bathrooms came with lovely local toiletries. Pool is well-maintained and perfect for evening swims. I appreciated the washer/dryer with laundry pods and the first aid kit which shows the kind of care the hosts put into every detail. The area is super peaceful even with neighbors nearby, very tranquil and private. I’m sad the stay was so short, but I’ll absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Dominica. I will be back. Tina is welcoming and warm, she took the time to give us good advice. We were immersed in the rainforest in a well-equipped and pleasant house to live in. A hiking trail starts from the house that leads to a segment of Waitukubuli and access Middelham Falls. I recommend this peaceful home for nature, forest and bird lovers.

This was our second stay at Sibouli, and we were delighted to return after many years and find everything as beautiful as before. The house is in a very beautiful setting, surrounded by dense greenery, and yet with an incredible sea view. We were very warmly welcomed by Cecile, who was very attentive to our needs, and we spent some pleasant time with Peter, who took us to the boiling lake. We definitely would like to return to Dominica and Sibouli!

Amazing Stay in Dominica – Incredible Host! I had an unforgettable experience in Dominica, and a big part of that was thanks to this amazing host! From the moment I arrived, Irwin was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available to offer recommendations or assist with anything I needed. His hospitality truly made this one of the best trips I’ve ever had. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the island (10min from town). Whether it was local tips, arranging transportation, or just making sure I felt at home, the host went above and beyond. If you're visiting Dominica, I highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it! Would absolutely book again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great stay near restaurants. The washer/dryer really came through for me. Don't forget to look at the sky in the night. I had an amazing view of the moonlight over the ocean and bright stars. I love Dominica - Ya Mon!

Listing matches the photos and clean. Ideally located in Calibishie, close to convenience stores, restaurants, sea. Doreen was very hospitable and responsive.

Trafalgar cottage is a nice spot with accessibility to the daylight bus to town and the drive is relatively short. The hosts were very helpful in finding places and figuring out solutions to any problem I had. The neighbors are very kind and willing to help out. Maria (neighbor) is sweet and kind.
