Wow, what a fantastic place! I loved it so much.

Had a great stay doing a workaway at Amila’s place. Good bang for the buck. Close to beach. Also close to railroad tracks but fortunatrly trains don’t run throughout the night. Wonderful garden and keeper of garden was very attentive and nice. Can recommend!

Excellent property nestled in between Bandaragama and Panadura. If you’re planning to taken the highway towards the South, this is a great stopover point as the property is about 20 minutes away from the Galanigama exit to E1 motorway. The property itself was great size, and the interior was beautifully furnished. All the necessary modern amenities were there, including a car porch. The hosts were very friendly and I’d definitely come back if I’m visiting the area

My family had 5 nights in this delightful house which was a perfect antidote to 10 days of rushing around the island of Sri Lanka. It was so relaxing and greatly benefited from having private staff who dealt with everything we could possible have wanted. There is a private chef who went out of his way to prepare whatever we asked for, 3 meals a day if needed. He only charged us for the ingredients required to prepare those meals which included a range of seafoods (e.g. huge prawns and seer fish), fresh fruit and very tasty Sri Lankan main dishes and deserts - nothing was too much trouble and he should be justly proud of his cooking skills, some of the best meals we tasted on our trip. They happily took us out on the tuk-tuk to local shops and will arrange local tours but we were "toured out" by the time we got there. The pool is fantastic (and huge!) and the grounds are constantly maintained by "Uncle". I cannot say anything but positive things, but do bring the bug sprays!
