깨끗하고 편안했습니다.

집이 깨끗하고 매우 추운 날씨인데도 집안이 따뜻하고 좋았습니다. 아이와 함께 지내야해서 여러모로 걱정이 많았는데 아이도 이집을 매우 좋아하고 편하게 생각했어요.

El lugar es espectacular, con una viste tremenda, muy bien organizado y super tranquilo. Realmente es una experiencia única que volveria a repetir si algún dia volviera a Seul. Todo era de calidad y muy asthetic, un placer a la vista.

Great place with a gorgeous river view and responsive host!

i had an amazing stay at staycation 302.very spacious,very clean,well decorated,and well furnished. host ynna is the best host i ever met from the airbnb.when i ask something or questions she answer all the questions with in 5 min lol. ynna very responsive,welcoming,and provided great local recommendations.the location was perfect for exploring seoul.not a center location but easy way go around seoul. place is walking distance from the subway about 5 to 7min not a exact but not that far?and bus station very near to the airbnb. and i like the most very queit and local vibes of location. i will come back again when i travel to seoul and defilitely recommended this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable,covenient place to stay.thanks ynna to having me her airbnb.

Host also sent me a picture of the building entrance along with the directions from the station—really appreciate that! The room is close to Nowon Station, so it’s super convenient for travelers. It stays nice and warm even during Seoul’s cold winter.

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

First of all - view is just wow and worth the price alone. Host was very good and responsive as well, giving us warnings about possible rain and even helped us take out the trash when needed, as we stayed for a couple of weeks. What matters to me personally while traveling is the bed, and while in this case its just a matrass, I am happy to say that it was probably even more comfortable than my own bed. While the space where you sleep is not too big (you can reach the ceiling with your hand while laying, it was pretty funny), but everything is comfortable and made resting before every day very easy. All in all, I can gladly say this place enhanced our stay in Seoul and we were very happy about it. Host, bed, shower, kitchen, view - everything was perfect. Thank you Joy for providing this accomodation. Highly recommend!

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

Ein sehr gemütliches,helles und modernes Hanok mit sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage aber zentral in U-Bahn Nähe und dem Bus vor der Tür. Alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und super sauber. Angenehme Nachbarschaft mit vielen guten Restaurants,Tempeln und mehreren Wanderwegen. Man gelangt schnell mit dem Bus ins Zentrum zu den Palästen ,Insadong,… oder geht zu Fuß über den Naksan Park zum DDP. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben immer gleich geantwortet. Probleme zB. mit dem Wasser hatte ich nicht,es lief warm und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Such a beautiful hanok stay– peaceful, full of charm, and very well cared for. The host was kind and attentive, and the location made it easy to explore the area with great cafes and the New Balance and Adidas heritage stores right outside. ソウルの中心地からかなり離れていました。アパートの周辺はスーパーとレストランが近くて便利でした。 しかし、ゴミ捨てる場所が分かりにくいでした。ゴミ分かりやすい位置があれば捨てる安いと思います。また利用したい。

Beautiful space! While it is not as affordable as the hotels we'd previously been staying in, the saying you get what you pay for is true here. You get space, which for a family feeling like they're living on top of one another is great. You have fresh air, peace and quiet and a bath house that was a joy to use. Great location with lots of food options around. We really loved it!

とても居心地の良い滞在でした。ホストの方がとても親切で、こちらの質問やお願いにもすぐに対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。細やかな気配りが感じられ、またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思える素敵な宿でした。

한가로움 숙소는 정말 아늑하고 조용했습니다. 대문도 찾기 쉬웠고, 택시가 들어가기는 좁은 길목이였지만 전혀 불편하지않았습니다. 티 가든 거실은 너무나도 멋있었고, 주방도 모든것이 준비되있었으며, 윗층에 침대앞에 욕실이 있는게 조금 걱정스러웠지만, 생각보다 습하지않고 오히려 편했습니다. 프로젝터가 구비되어있어 공간을 나눌수있어서 편했고, 수건도 많이 구비되있었습니다. 다도방이 다리를 내리고 앉을수있어서 매우 편했고, 윗층에도 에어컨이 잘 구비되어있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다! 정말 사소한 부분이지만 개선사항들은 1. 바깥 대문이 들어오고난후 계단 에서 서서 닫기가 좀 어렵습니다. 안쪽에서 위에서 잡을수있는 핸들이 있다면 좋을것같네요. 2. 쓰레기를 밖에다 가져다버려야하는건지 아닌지 알기가 어려웠고 음식물 쓰레기를 어떻게 해야할지 헷갈렸습니다. 부엌에 작은 음식쓰레기통을 추가하면 어떨까 싶습니다. 3. 프로젝터/스크린은 너무 좋았습니다. 하지만 언어가 모두 다른 외국어로 되있고 포커스가 나가있어서 세팅을 맞추는데 한참 걸렸습니다. 4. 세탁기 건조가 생각보다 너무 오래걸리고 시끄러워서 쓰기가 부담스러웠습니다. 5. 윗층 옷장문을 어떻게 여는지 몰라 조금 헤맸습니다.

The place was very clean, and the location was great! The host was very friendly, responsive and welcoming. We loved the karaoke machine and the arcade!

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

호스트분이 체크인 전부터 세세하게 신경 써주셔서 재밌게 놀다 갑니다 :) 침실이 충분해서 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 놀러가고 싶은 숙소 입니다!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

숙소가 서촌 근처이고 경복궁역도 도보 10분 안팎이라 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 문의에 대한 답변도 친절히 해주시고 12명이 묵었는데 불편함없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 서울방문할 일이 있다면 여기에 묵고 싶습니다~

Le logement de Sunny était vraiment très bien pour une personne ça suffisait L’emplacement était parfait, en bas du métro ligne 2 (ligne la plus pratique de seoul) et à 10 minutes de Hongdae, beaucoup de restaurant et café aux alentours Le seul point négatif c’est que ça manque un peu de rangement Et j’ai eu un peu de mal à trouver l’immeuble mais Sunny m’a beaucoup aidé.
