Maison de 100 m², mitoyenne de la nôtre, avec jardin privatisé pour nos voyageurs, offrant idéalement deux chambres adultes, et deux salles d'eau. Une chambre enfants est possible mais en enfilade. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Twenty years ago, I fell in love with this corner of Occitania: the charm of the vineyards, the valleys as far as the eye can see, the calm, the building to be restored. I designed this house to accommodate our many friends and family. The Bouheben Dovecote

This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family (1 pet allowed with sleeping and is not allowed at the pool). Accessible to people with reduced mobility. This home has been brand new since November 2023. It is very well insulated. The pool is shared between you (the tenants of the gite) and us (the owners). Extra heating and/or air conditioning (check-in/check-out meter reading). Payment from 6 kilowatts used per day

Peaceful holidays between sea and mountain

Our apartment, ideal for a family of 4, is above a garage in a property with a separate entrance. Parking is available at the foot of the accommodation. We are located in a peaceful and quiet village with all amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants...) nearby (5 km). We are in a wine region (Madiran, Pacherenc); you can taste these wines in different areas. Mountain bikers, trailers, hikers... will find their happiness.
