Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. Character house composed of 1 large bedroom, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, shower and separate toilet. It is located in the center of the village, set back from the main street. This listing is attached to our house and another Airbnb listing. You will therefore share access to the outdoor space (courtyard and garden) with us, and if the other Airbnb accommodation is occupied, also with the other guests.

COSY GITE IN MEDIEVAL VILLAGE FARMHOUSE

Attached to the end of our long farmhouse is a cosy gite with a wood burning stove...downstairs you'll find a large spacious living room and kitchen with beautiful flagstone floors, exposed wooden beams and an enticing winding stone staircase leading to the first floor bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
