Located within Nahuel Huapi National Park, in a valley surrounded by hills, minutes from the beaches of Lake Gutierrez, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with direct access from Route 40, 20 minutes from downtown Bariloche and 25 minutes from the airport.

It is located on the shore of the Limay River at its birth from Lake Nahuel Huapi. 20km. from the town of Bariloche and 2km. from Dina Huapi, meters from the route, and very easy to access. A safe place, surrounded by nature, where you can make beautiful walks in the area. An ideal space to rest and relax, surrounded by a unique environment.

In winter, an excellent location for those who want to enjoy skiing & snowboarding at Cerro Catedral.
