Located within Nahuel Huapi National Park, in a valley surrounded by hills, minutes from the beaches of Lake Gutierrez, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with direct access from Route 40, 20 minutes from downtown Bariloche and 25 minutes from the airport.

One room has a double bed, the other has two twin beds. In winter, an excellent location for those who want to enjoy Ski & snowboard in Cerro Catedral.
