From the moment we arrived, Irina and Sergie made us feel completely at home—they are truly lovely people who welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. One of the highlights of our stay was Irina’s cooking. Every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. She even took the time to make sure our little one had something she enjoyed, which we really appreciated. The setting of the property is peaceful and serene, a perfect escape from the city. We loved the quiet atmosphere, which gave us a chance to slow down and really enjoy time together as a family. The house is equipped with all the necessary equipment.

If you are fan of peace, quiet and calm I truly recommend choosing Davit. We had amazing breakfast, dinner and even a traditional wine degustation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Not only was the flat lovely with good air conditioning, but the location was right in the middle of Kutaisi, minutes walk from all the sights. And Reza was an excellent host, any time we needed anything he was very responsive and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Such a romantic place to stay with your partner. We enjoy the view and super cleanliness. Ninos parents were awesome and welcome. It wasn’t hard to find like some other Airbnb I stayed. I don’t want to be that kinda person who like to complain for a small issues but only thing I’d suggest for ninos paradise is to have a solid curtain in the bedroom because I’m very sensitive with light. So people like me may point that out but other than that me and my wife absolutely loved ninos hut.
