A peaceful retreat, located at the serene southern end of the island. Our much loved family home, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths( Bunkhouse offers two bedrooms with beds for 7). Watch the sun rise over the water, while listening to the gulls. A short 3/4 mile walk from beautiful Deep Cove beach. Seasonally, for guests with larger parties, we have just finished our bunkhouse, for an additional fee. Offering beds for 7 and an a generous living space, while sharing the facilities with the house.

This single level house has all the necessary amenities and is accessible to all. Our large property boasts gardens, fire pits, and yard games. The Rosette forestry trail is also open to all visitors of humming bird hill. We hope you will join us in our little piece of paradise.

Need some rest and relaxation? This is the place! Sweat out all your stresses in the cedar sauna overlooking the ocean, then pour a glass of wine hop in the hot tub and soak away your worries. This is the perfect place to unplug and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Listen to the waves while you watch the koi fish swim around the pond from your front porch . This is an old Acadian Home located along the shores of St. Mary's Bay in Meteghan, NS. The home is all equipped with Kitchen, 1.5 Bath, and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the main bathroom is located downstairs. The 1/2 bathroom (seat & sink) is located upstairs. Guests will occupy the entire house and have access to high speed internet and cable TV. There is no housekeeping services provided during your stay. Great view of St. Mary's Bay.
