At the crossroads of the Jura ridges, dominated by Mont Chasseral and the shores of the lakes, our accommodation, mysteriously called the Staircase, will surprise you with its calm, warmth, and location conducive to adventure. The accommodation is located in an old Neuchâtel farmhouse renovated into an apartment. The Staircase is located upstairs. Exposed beams and fireplace on the menu. Fully equipped and carefully decorated. Intimate garden as well as flowery for relaxation after a day of excitement.

Swiss Jura mountains, altitude of 1111 m. Hiking, skiing, snowshoes, horse riding, are activities near the chalet (skis to rent at the ski ressort near the chalet). Biel, Bienne in french is 20 min drive from the chalet. Jura, Bern, Neuchâtel are 1 hour by car from the chalet. Wifi, sauna are free, easy to use. Prices includes "tourist tax 4.-" day/person. Free parking. (chalet is 30 m. walking distance from parking). Because of animals, please drive slowely in evening..

This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. The main apartment is inhabited by one of the hosts.
