Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Right outside the door is a private parkingspace free of charge (in the centre of Amsterdam you pay 7 euro/ hour) Our rate includes tourist tax.

My friend and I were extremely fortunate to have our trip to Amsterdam include this Airbnb. Sven was always communicating in the friendliest & helpful manner, and gave the clearest instructions for checking in and checking out. The house is backed by a beautiful view, 5 minutes from the tram to get to Amsterdam’s centre within 30 minutes. The room is spacious, Wi-Fi is great, and the bathroom is unforgettable. It’s a peaceful, quiet base that feels right departing from for a new day and arriving after a full day of 37k steps. Thank you Sven!

Mirjam welcomed us warmly upon our arrival despite the late hour. The room is very nice, quiet, spacious, bright, tastefully decorated. The little touches (tea, herbal teas, coffee, stroopwafels, wihlelmina) are appreciable and nicely enhanced our stay. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage in the room the last day before our departure, just as Mirjam trusted us by suggesting that we leave the keys inside the accommodation if she was not there for our departure. We can only recommend our host and thank her again for everything.

Thank you for this stay, we liked this accommodation a lot. This accommodation was very suitable, we had a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, very quiet, safe and peaceful. The tram line 10 minutes away allowed us to get around the city very easily. Great location. The owner of the accommodation is very nice, the first day she explained to us very well where the restaurants are as well as the supermarket as well as how the accommodation works.

Jason is a perfect host. All my enquiries during my stay were duly dealt with and on time. Spacious room and neatly maintained shared bathroom and toilet. Though located at a purely residential remote area,this place is a very short walkable distance from the metro with very easy access to the city center and other interesting areas. Bieng a fervent football fan, I was thrilled to discover that the Johan Cruyff Stadium which hosts Ajax FC is within 20 minutes walkable distance also accessible by metro. For my first experience with the Airbnb platform, I am definitely satisfied with the quality of my stay at Jason's place. I wold strongly recommend this place for anyone visiting Amsterdam and it's environs
