Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was good, lovely place. One of the closest places to didveli ski lift (keep in mind that you’ll still have to walk around 400m) Very friendly reception staff. Beautiful balcony view ✨ The only issues we’ve noticed - there were no towel and soap, but we happened to bring our own, so we didn’t need to ask for it. Still I’m sure it absolutely wouldn’t have been a problem to sort such small things out if need be. Small tip: if the cold water appears unusually hot to you - leave the faucet open for a minute or two. It’s because of a stagnant water in the pipes: it’s very dirty and I don’t recommend cooking on it, until it’s cold to the touch as expected. Overall - great place for its price, definitely recommend and will come back! 👍

Excellent location, great place for a few days vacation. The ski lift is in 5 minutes walk as well as the Rooms Hotel. The host gave us clear instructions and responded us in a short period of time.

The house is very nice. It's right next to the slopes, ski lift and ski rental. The house is very clean and new. In the kitchen is everything you need. And the surroundings are beautiful. This is definitely recommended.

We often come to Bakuriani and this is one of the best and most comfortable apartments in these complexes. Thanks to the host Anastasia. She was always in touch and helped with all questions. So thank you so much for the early check-in and late check-out. We will definitely come back to this apartment again. The apartment itself was clean and warm. Spacious and lots of pillows) the convenience of the apartment is also that it is located in the Rooms hotel. This allows you to safely go down to the restaurant or lobby bar, as well as walk with your child in the playground. Thank you for everything!

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.
