O condomínio é ideal para quem quer relaxar, ter uma rotina tranquila e ainda assim, poder desfrutar de uma cidade agitada e cheia de vida como Hanoi. O apartamento está perfeitamente equipado com tudo o que você precisa para cozinhar, trabalhar remotamente e descansar. A piscina térmica é excelente, os supermercados são bons e o ônibus gratuito é um grande diferencial. Son é um host extremamente atencioso, educado e disponível. Ele cuida de cada detalhe para que você se sinta em casa! Havia muitos produtos de higiene pessoal e limpeza, carregador de celular ao lado da cama, robô para limpar a casa, lava-louças e uma ótima lavadora de roupas. Nos sentimos muito acolhidos e recomendamos 100% este Airbnb. Foi um prazer estar aqui!

The place is absolutely a gem. Very spacious and interior decoration is cool, unique and made me super comfortable while staying here 2 weeks. I am a remote worker and Wi-Fi is fast enough to manage my work. It’s a bit far from city center but there are lots of restaurants and cafes near by and it has its own nice neighborhood to explore. 100% recommended, you won’t regret.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve stayed at this Apartment twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. The property is in an excellent location—convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed. The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. What really stood out was the level of service—everything was thoughtfully prepared, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Staff were super helpful. They were friendly when I picked up the keys. The hosts were also very responsive when messaged through airbnb. Located in a nice part of Hanoi in Tay Ho near everything you could need. Nice views of west lake from the room.

This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay in as a long term guest in Hanoi! I stayed here for about 5 weeks, and would definitely recommend this Airbnb for people who are going to be staying in Hanoi for a long period of time. Linh and her colleagues were responsive and took care of any questions or issues I had. They also provide free weekly cleaning services for long term guests! Nearby, there is a mall with a supermarket, many other shops and a gym that is a five minute walk away.

I was very lucky to book this accommodation. Unfortunately, I was able to stay on the last day of my return to Korea, so I was so sorry that I couldn't stay longer. The building is very clean and tidy. The host's response was very quick and always friendly. (It's also cheaper than other nearby accommodations.) Netflix and YouTube are also free to watch, and are complete with air conditioning and various cutlery and kitchen utensils. There are two shopping malls in the surrounding environment, and there is also a large mart on the first floor. It's a new building, so you can enjoy everything neatly.

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

위치는 도심에서 약간 떨어져있으나 생활하는데 불편함이 없을 정도로 단지내 편의시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 새로 지은 아파트여서 깨끗하고 관리가 철저합니다. 호스트도 매우 친절합니다. 다시 출장 온다면 또 지내고 싶을정도로 만족합니다.

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Great place! The host was very accommodating. Everything you need is already there. The host communicates directions and instructions well.

Great apartment for digital nomads like us: stable internet connection, dedicated workspace, daily cleaning and 2 bottles of water. The apartment had a washer and dryer, which is essential in Asia, ahaha. The location is a bit far from the centre, but there is the Lotte Mall with a cool food court and a hundred shops nearby.

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!
