Davi was an excellent host, always willing to help us from the day we booked the apartment, he was super flexible with our check-in, the house was super comfortable and everything was perfect. The bathroom being outside the apartment seemed like a hindrance at first, but after we realized that we were the only ones there, we felt more comfortable.

Simply impeccable! The property is even more beautiful than in the photos – super clean, organized, cozy and with a delightful energy. The bed linens were impeccably clean and smelled fresh, which made all the difference in the experience. The location is excellent, close to everything and very quiet. We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Spending time here was exactly what we needed. A quiet little corner, far from the noise and rush of São Paulo, where time seems to slow down and the mind finally finds peace. The peace of this place did me a lot of good. It's amazing how being surrounded by nature, hearing only the sound of birds and the wind, can renew us from the inside. I left feeling lighter, as if I had recharged my batteries. Undoubtedly, a place that I will cherish in my memory… and want to return to whenever I can.

Apartment exactly as described in the photos. The entrance to the condominium is extremely simple and fast, although there is no parking space, there are several parking options nearby and it is easy to park the car in the spaces in front of the building. Well located with a bakery, market and pharmacy close to the place. The apartment is impeccable, clean, with all the necessary utensils. The welcome kit offered is welcoming and demonstrates the host's concern. Airy location, clean bathrooms, huge TV, extremely comfortable bed and the host is very attentive and quick to respond. No doubt we'll be back soon!

A HUGE home for being in downtown Sao Paulo. The guards are a bit annoying to let you go up the elevator during initial registration, but easy afterward. Good location. A bit difficult to fin dit at first, Google "Bar da Dona Onca" and it's 100 feet away. You will get confused by just following the address. Beautifully decorated home, clean space, good views of the city. Pricey compared to other options, but worth it.

Everything is fine with the place. Heitor was very attentive from the beginning, rules and check-in information, all very practical. I recommend it.
