These villas are within a small group of similar villas & are situated directly on a long white sand beach next to the Rotana 5 Star Resort where our guests may use facilities . On the resort there is a Marina area with restaurants/bars & facilities for Dolphin Watching , Sports Fishing & other boating activities. Kindly note that the Rotana Resort is at present closed.

It is also a 15-minute drive from the Salalah Airport. It is also close to the mountainous areas, which are nice to visit in the summer, where the temperatures do not exceed 25°C.
