Estamos en Las Marinas (12 km de Dénia), la playa Deveses. El piso después de la renovación, completamente amueblado. Está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo a 3 minutos del mar a pie. El piso está en la planta baja con la pequeña terraza orientada al este donde podréis empezar el día con café y sol. Cerca están varios supermercados, bares, restaurantes. Tiene todas condiciones para que no os preocupéis por vuestras vacaciones.

Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de rencontrer Aurelio mais plutôt sa fille Andrea. Ils ont été bien sympathiques et flexibles sur l’arrivée. Le logement correspondait à nos attentes, accès facile à la plage. Nous n’avons utilisé notre véhicule qu’une fois pour faire les courses car il n’y a pas de supermarché assez proche pour y aller à pieds. Nous avons eu un petit souci de voisinage bruyant mais Aurelio a très rapidement réagi et réglé ce problème et nous l’en remercions ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la facilité d’accès à la plage. Au niveau commerces, c’est assez isolé mais c’est un peu ce que nous recherchions. La plage est très belle, l’eau très clair et on a pieds sur de très longs mètres. Très agréable avec des enfants ! Merci à Aurelio et sa fille. Nous recommandons son logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir, en espérant le rencontrer la prochaine fois !

Für Strandliebhaber ist die Wohnung einfach ein Traum! Vom riesigen Balkon kann man direkt aufs Meer und auf die schönen Berge im Hinterland schauen. Der Strand ist wunderschön, man hat Sonne von morgens bis abends. In der Windsurf-Schule nebenan kann man Kurse besuchen und Equipment ausleihen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Denia mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne bald wieder. Kommunikation mit Manon war super, vielen Dank!

Maravillosa casa. Urbanización de lujo. Limpieza excelente y estaba todo nuevo. Muy bien equipada y decoración al detalle. Las agentes de vivla muy amables y responden muy rápido.

Javier es un anfitrión excelente y ha estado atento a todo lo que hemos necesitado. El apartamento estaba situado una zona muy tranquila y las vistas desde la terraza eran increíbles. El apartamento era cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Nähe zum Strand war ein Highlight: In unter einer Minute ist man am Meer! Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für 4 bis 5 Personen – ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Im Außenbereich müsste das Grünzeug etwas zurückgeschnitten werden, dann wäre auch dieser Bereich perfekt nutzbar. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!
