Vacation rentals with a patio in Desert Ridge, Phoenix

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

The condo was creatively and tastefully updated, very clean and felt just like a high end hotel resort suite. Great location with the mall and old time within minutes walking distance. Jaclyn was responsive and helpful in her guidance. Great spot and good value, I'd rent again without question.

Derek was great and very helpful! Gave lots of recommendations on things to do and the location is walkable to downtown phoenix.

Marquee is awesome! Location is very convenient and close to Kosts if great restaurants and amenities. Place is private, secure and easy to get to. Have stayed here multiple times

Check in went smoothly, apartment is really nice and right near a few bars and restaurants. Walkable to chase field and surrounding areas. Apartment was really nice. Only thing you should know is parking is in the building across the street which was no issue with us (2 people staying) overall really nice spot, glad I stayed here.

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic place, great communication, well stocked. Perfect for a family. We had a lot of fun. It’s very quiet at night which is huge. We are coming in at the end of the vacation season in Scottsdale, and there were a couple minor things that need to be addressed, but the hosts were super helpful. Only issues we had was the beds were not great, but the hosts were very responsive about that and we saw they had several new mattresses in the garage, so it looks like that’s not an issue. Other thing was the beautiful and comfortable feather bedding. Three in my party are allergic to down/feathers and had some difficulty at nights. I didn’t see that in the listing, but I could have missed it. Alternate bedding options would be nice. Last thing, only a sheet and a comforter. Would have liked a thin blanket in between. Too hot for a comforter, too cool for just a sheet. Would be a 1/2 star deduction, but the rest was so great, I’ll round up. Thanks for a great vacation

Very much enjoyed our visit to "The Valley" for Arizona State graduation week. The place we chose to stay at had everything we needed and looked for in a stay. 2 bathrooms, a walk in shower, 3 bedrooms, a king bed, and close to a ton of restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here if you're on your way to the Phoenix area. This place had a very private back yard with pool that we definitely took advantage of, even a fire pit if you have time do enjoy that. Hopefully this won't be the last time we stay here since we have a few friends in the area as well., and the family really enjoyed Phoenix. Would love to come back when we have much less on the schedule. A pure vacation week. Thank you for allowing us to stay. ~ Joe & Family

Bella's home is absolutely stunning! It's impeccably decorated, spotless, and has a kitchen island that dreams are made of! We had such a busy schedule while in town that we didn't get a chance to swim or really enjoy much of what the backyard had to offer, but we will next time!! (Giant chess is 100% on the agenda!) I took several long walks around the neighborhood in the mornings, and couldn't have felt safer. Bella was super responsive and we felt right at home the entire time. Thank you!

Such a beautiful home, conveniently located near shops, restaurants and grocery stores— right near highway so it was really easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. My kids loved the heated pool, and the putting green. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the backyard was very private. We will definitely book again when we come back to visit our family in Phoenix.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

Oh my goodness, Casey AND the resort was fabulous! We all (5 families) gathered another family member's ASU graduation, so needless to say, everything was booked. I had been looking for an extra spot for a senior family member for about a month or 2. Casey's place was unavailable for the dates that we needed. 2 weeks prior to us heading out, Casey reached out to see if we had found something....we had at that point. When we arrived to the resort, we ended up needing a 6th landing spot, so I reached out to Casey to see if his was still available. It was, minus 1 night, so we bunked up for the 1 night and the next day, the bunkie (me) switched over to Casey's spot. The resort is relaxing, quiet, fun and the staff is incredible. The pool (pools) are amazing, the gym is just the right size and there are many other amenities we didn't get to enjoy, but will most definitely stay there the next time we are in Phoenix. Oh, and the beds are to die for!!!! Thank you Casey!

I was a little skeptical about staying so close to the mountains. Once I got there...OMG! The place is beautiful, and the mountain view is beautiful especially at sunset! The home was spotless, was just as it was described on the site. The pictures were accurate, what you see online is what you get! The spice rack in the kitchen was such a special touch! Each washroom has complimentary toiletries. Oliver was easy to communicate with. The entire experience was wonderful! Five star-Top tier all the way around! Would definitely book again!

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was. The supplies were well stocked and presented. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable. I’m hoping to stay there again in the future when visiting my granddaughter. Thank you, Alicia!

This was a great place to stay. It's close to everything in Scottsdale. The condo is extremely well stocked, with everything you could need. It is bright and welcoming. The communication with the hosts was always prompt and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and check-out is as simple as it gets for an Airbnb. Thank you!

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.
