This place is a gem. The house was spectacular. Rooms are immaculate, wimzical and playful with its own identity. Minimalist Kitchen equipped with every cooking equipment and dish-ware that you will. outdoor was verse of fun and excitement to all ages. Every corner of the house was well use for entertainment. The weather was brutally hot @100 and had to stay indoor most daylight but only had 3 board game. We could use some more. I wish that the jacuzzi could be included to the price of the airbnb, but it was totally worth of an add on. After a good match and sweat on the court. Definitely will be back

Tim’s place is the perfect spot to relax, unplug and enjoy your company. The living room and kitchen are spacious and comfortable to be in. The game room is the perfect place to relax, enjoy drinks and play pool. Overall, a great place to get away and spend time with those you love.

Beautiful home, plenty of windows with lots of natural light. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s quite peaceful and relaxing hanging out in the pool or just watching the stars at night. I would definitely go back and would recommend this home to my family and friends.

Our stay was so peaceful- the back yard and pool was like an oasis! The outdoor and indoor space was very thoughtfully designed and provided great ambience for relaxing, grilling, and being poolside! This BnB is a 40-60 min drive from Joshua Tree and it is an easy drive. Thanks Emre!

Dan has really renewed my faith in Air BnB. I had a terrible experience prior to his place and his attention to detail and beautiful house changed everything. Simple, clean, relaxing and convenient enough for any family. Really enjoyed my time swimming and relaxing. Dan is wonderful, genuine, and responsive. A gem in the palm desert. I’ll be staying regularly. Highly recommend! My favorite thing was the pool and relaxing decor.

This place had EVERYTHING you could need! It was very clean, a great escape from the summer heat, and a short drive to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Hanna was very nice sending local recommendations and communicated clear instructions prior to arriving. Definitely recommend!

Bob was an excellent host. He was very communicative, polite and Instructions were easy. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect getaway we needed. Kids loved the pool, home was very clean, location was private and peaceful. A true hidden gem. Would highly recommended it.

I debated writing this review for selfish reasons, as I’d love to keep this gem off the radar and available for future stays. That said, this was hands down the most thoughtful and well designed Airbnb my girlfriend and I have ever experienced. Every detail of the property feels intentional. The pool is serene, the outdoor shower is unexpectedly freeing, and the hammocks offer the perfect place to unwind. The appliances are modern and function flawlessly, and unique design elements like the bed and dining table crafted from railroad components add incredible character. We were escaping the hustle of Los Angeles and staying at another Airbnb when we found this place, and it completely transformed our trip. It’s hard to describe the feeling we had walking through the door, but the look of surprise and awe on my girlfriend’s face said it all. The name of the property couldn’t be more fitting: Unexpected. We miss it already and can’t wait to book again.

Wow! This house was everything we could have asked for. I took a trip here with my team, and from the start, Kevin was extremely responsive and kind. He made the check-in process super easy, and the house was squeaky clean when we arrived. He even had pool towels prepared for us. The house truly had everything we needed. The living space was spacious, the kitchen was beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I felt right at home. The backyard exceeded our expectations. The pool was large, and the lounge chairs let you relax while still feeling the water. The spa was amazing and felt incredible after a swim. We also had a blast in the game room in the garage. The host was very responsive and accommodated us with everything we needed. I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. I unequivocally recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying here. You won’t regret it, we definitely didn’t!

This house was incredible. It is as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The pool was pristine and perfect to swim in e dry evening as the day cooled down. We appreciated all of the recommendations for local shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive to all of our questions within minutes. If you’re planning a trip to Joshua Tree and want to stay nearby, book this place. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay at this home! The host was incredibly attentive and welcoming, very responsive to any questions or requests, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The house came well-equipped with essential amenities like a washer and dryer, BBQ grill, and everything we needed for a relaxing family trip. The kids loved the pool with the basketball hoop, and the jacuzzi was a great way to unwind. That said, the house was a bit dusty when we arrived, and it would’ve been helpful to have some basic cleaning supplies on hand during our stay. The pool was also a little cloudy, and the kitchen could use a few better-quality cooking utensils. Overall though, it was a fun and comfortable stay, and we really appreciated the host’s hospitality. We’d definitely consider returning in the future!

It was a wonderful home to stay in and was actually a lot bigger than the pictures made it seem. My friends and I had a great time and were able to stay cool in the hot weather. The only complaint we had was the beds were not very comfortable and we had a hard time sleeping. Overall though it was a great stay!

My family of five just spent a lovely week at this beautiful home. We have been renting vacation homes for the past ten years, and this by far was the most beautiful home we ever stayed in. Though most thought we were crazy to spend a week in Palm Springs in June and it was hot as expected, having the outside pool was huge. Also a big winner for us was the water misters that cooled the patio tremendously. We had plenty of space to spread out. This house is so close to town. A short ten minute drive took us to the heart of Palm Springs. I like to walk, so I took advantage of the paths surrounding the development. Poolside Rentals were fantastic to work with. They left us treats and also dropped off tasty sweets to welcome us. Very thoughtful! They also were quick to reply to any questions and were available if needed.
