Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Desert Hot Springs

This was our 4th visit to Legacy Villas and we were once again, not disappointed. Our listing was exactly as we expected and we were very happy about the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. We love staying here and the service of CA Vacation Villas. We're definitely coming back!

Je pense que c’est le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel j’ai séjourné ! Tout était vraiment parfait, le logement est bien décoré, le lit est très confortable, tout a été refait récemment ! Il y a aussi le patio qui est super pour déjeuner quand il ne fait pas trop chaud. La climatisation et le ventilateur de la chambre ont été très utiles pour les très chaudes journées de Palm springs. La résidence est très agréable, au calme absolu avec une grande piscine. J’aimerais revenir dans ce Airbnb !

Christy’s place was perfect. As soon as we walked in we noticed it smelled great & how beautifully decorated it was. Amenities are great. Comfy bed, Smart TVs, snacks, candy, towels, pool accessories and they even have a hair diffuser for us curly haired girls. Bonus: this was my first Airbnb that had actual spices other than salt to cook!!!! The property is great. Quiet. Calm. Pool & jacuzzi right outside the patio. We didn’t want to leave. Christy was a great host and easy to communicate with. Look forward to staying here again soon.

Mary Jane was a great host and was very responsive throughout the whole process. She even offered us one of her nicer units at the same price when our group and another group booked at the same time, but we liked the location of this one much better. It was right next to a shuttle stop for Stagecoach which was very convenient. The place was very clean, updated and was bigger than we expected. Mary even accommodated us checking in a few hours early since we got into town earlier than the normal check in time. Would definitely recommend!

It was a great experience. This was a small family gathering trip and it all turned out amazing! From setting up the reservation to the end of the stay went just as she promised and we would definitely book through her again. Even though this is a Timeshare property you are renting time through directly with the hosted owner, she books it for you and it’s seamless. Thank you so much for a wonderful time away for the gathering.

Beautiful space and we really enjoyed the pool. We had it all to ourselves which was nice. Very close to the casino which was what we came out there for. I would definitely stay again!

I drove from LA and got in late on a weekday night and I was so relieved to see that there was a Brita in the fridge full of water and everything I would need was already there. It was a great place to stay and right in the thick of everything you love about Palm Springs. Will definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Britta has thought of everything you could possibly need and more! The grounds were very well maintained and it was quiet. The pool was perfect temperature and we often had it to ourselves. I highly recommend this place and hope to return.

We loved the stay. It’s so clean and beautiful just like in the pictures. The AC kept us cool. There were coffee you can make it yourself. The swimming pool was not busy. Multiple jacuzzi. 10 mins drive to downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

Booked last min and was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The location is very quiet and the local neighbors were friendly. Nikki was a great host and answered questions for me quickly. My kids loved the heated pools. The linens and towels were new and plush. We would stay here again.

Such a wonderful space! Everything was pristine and comfortable, and the vibe is awesome. The amenities-- especially the pool--and the scenic surroundings were the exact thing I needed for this little getaway. Palm Springs offers a great variety of restaurants and things to do, too. Thank you for an all-around wonderful experience!

We loved staying in this fabulous condo at the iconic Ocotillo Lodge, designed by famed midcentury modern architect William Krisel. Although the once spectacular public rooms at the Lodge are now shuttered, the grounds have been beautifully restored with cactus and succulents, and the large landmark champagne-cork shaped pool is beautifully maintained, serenaded (quietly) through the day with delightful recordings of classic Great American Songbook music of the 50's. The Brite Spot condo itself has been wonderfully decorated with handsome vintage furniture and lighting, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, and boasts a lovely little courtyard with a great old olive tree that throughout the day hosts various singing desert birds. The Lodge no longer has a working bar or restaurant, but coffee, cocktails, great food, and the sights and attractions of Palm Springs - including Krisel's justly famed Twin Palms community - are all just minutes away.

What a perfect place for a warm getaway! We loved everything about this condo. Had all the amenities needed. Comfortable, clean, light and great views from the patio. The resort was stunning. Parking and pool super close. Wonderful grounds for walking around. Too many pools to use! Comfortable beds. Kitchen has the cookware we needed. Super friendly host. Very secure, quiet environment (in June!) and home is well insulated so noise between rooms doesn’t travel. Plan to go back many times!

We couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more in this beautiful, peaceful accommodation in Palm Springs. Billy and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. The home was spotless and spacious while still being warm and cozy. Highly recommend!

The location was wonderful. Restaurants and groceries are about 6 or 7 miles in Desert Hot Springs. The property was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need. The mineral spring pools on site were wonderful. We chose to spend a day by the pool instead of sight-seeing. Would definitely chose to stay here again.

We spent a long weekend here. It was close to Joshua Tree so we were able to get to the park relatively quick. The views were really nice and we linked that the living room had lots of windows so we can appreciate the view even when it was a little too hot to sit outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The bathrooms were clean and had all the toiletries needed so we didn’t have to bring or buy any of our own. Overall it was a great place for a long weekend to disconnect and recharge.

I can’t say enough good things about this incredible Airbnb in Joshua Tree. Tucked away in a beautifully secluded spot, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The tranquility and stillness of the desert were exactly what we needed. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was clearly designed with care, from the cold plunge & suana to the well-stocked kitchen. It felt like a true sanctuary. If you’re looking for a serene retreat to unwind, recharge, and soak in the beauty of the desert, this is the place. I’m already dreaming about my next visit!

The cozy cactus was fantastic. It had many thoughtful touches throughout and was stalked with everything you could imagine. Extremely toddler friendly. Our kids loved the mini golf in the backyard and the pool right next door. The welcome book was extremely informative and detailed. Thank you, Eann for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place for a small family and some pets to relax in the dessert. Has all the accommodations; from a fenced off yard with hammocks to a covered jacuzzi to swinging chairs in the living room, this place was perfect. Will definitely look to book again!

Beautiful house in the mind blowing Yucca valley! Peaceful and relaxing environment. Beautiful view and if you are lucky you get to see the coyotes. The house is located close to Yucca Valley, Joshua tree and to Pinionertown which is a must. The pictures of the house describes the house well, but it is slightly better in reality and most important in the desert, the air conditioner in each room worked perfectly. As a family of four we highly recommend this stay.

This is one of the best Airbnb spots I’ve stayed at. Very clean and comfortable and room for a few families. The pool/spa was great, and we appreciated the rec area in the garage. The kitchen was very clean and accommodating.

We had the most wonderful stay at the High Desert Paradise! Gave us happy new surprises everyday with so much thoughtfulness that reflects throughout the property. This is the house that is a lot more than what we see in the pictures. Everyday we find things not mentioned that is just so convenient, or just so well thought of and we appreciated all the details. I had to ask them questions due to me not being familiar with pool equipments and I had very kind reach outs that helped me. There are so many wildlife right outside the windows and I’ve never taken so many bird, rock squirrel, rabbit, road runner, quail and plant pictures! Right at the house! And it is so convenient that we can even DoorDash! Which was first for us coming to the desert for years. Such a convenient location yet so much wildlife, great pool and jacuzzi under the sun and the stars. Wish could’ve gave more stars!
