Vacation rentals with lake access in Derby

This house was perfect for our family. We had 3 generations together to celebrate a college graduation. The grandparents were safe and comfortable on the main floor, the kids had their space upstairs, my husband and I had wonderful working space downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and we had many great meals at the large table and on the deck. The view could not be beat, just as promised, and Elizabeth was a very responsive host. I highly recommend!

Kevin's place is by far the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Everything far exceeded our expectations, and was even more beautiful than any picture could do justice. The house itself is large enough to sleep eight (we were only four), but still felt cozy enough that we never felt lost in it. The entire property is flawlessly clean and perfectly maintained. It's like staying at a postcard quality getaway. Lastly, Kevin is incredibly thoughtful in his dealings with guests, and doesn't overlook a single detail. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

This place is worth your stay, it was beautiful smelt fresh as the cleaner did amazing, I felt like I was at home the nice quite outdoors for my family to relax and see the view of lake Eden! Thank you for letting my family enjoy our stay, we will be back!

Michael and Shayna are great and responsive hosts. The house is as beautiful, airy and large as per the pictures. It is absolutely impeccably clean! The kitchen is fantastic! The location is calm and private with nice landscaping, birds and even a mini pond with frogs. At night, we heard the loons. There are many varied spaces to discover and enjoy, inside and outside, such as the inviting large game room, the pretty solarium or the outside decks. We went kayaking in the interesting bay and had fun going under the covered bridge and to Whetstone island. We opted to use the nearby boat ramp at Forand park as an easier way to put the kayak in the water. There is a walkable small access to the bay which is a good place to bring paddle boards. It was still early in the season and the small deck wasn't installed yet. Finally, we enjoyed getting smoked fish at Keet Baird just a little down the street. Thank you for the great escape and welcoming us in you house!

Peaceful stay at Philippe's, who is very responsive. Accommodation as described, I would recommend it without hesitation!

Kathy's cabin on the lake is the most magical place - quiet, peaceful and beautiful, the log cabin a throwback to an earlier time (but with great wifi). We sat on the dock with coffee and listened to the sound of loons out on the water. Kathy is also a great host. We will be back (we have actually stayed here a number of times because it's really the most lovely).

Jennifer's place was private, peaceful, and charming—the perfect place for a getaway. We loved the rural setting and views, and the interior was so artfully matched to its context, a lovingly restored barn. A very special place!

Nick's place was perfect for heading to Jay peak for some skiing. His condo exceeded my expectations by far. Check in was super easy and Nick was very responsive.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at Séjour. So convenient to everything in Knowlton. I thought that the bathroom and kitchen were well done. Best shower in a 10 day trip. Glad of the extra little bed since I have my hand in a splint at the moment. Needed extra room. Lovely. Also appreciated the little front deck. So nice for having a drink of wine at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The Eastern Townships are absolutely beautiful and I’m so glad we ventured out of the big cities for 3 days.

The location is the most pleasant thing about this condo. Close to everything; walking trails, city center with beautiful shops and restaurants, beach right across the street. You can do anything on foot.

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend - easy access to Stowe and Waterbury. Very quiet and peaceful area which was perfect for us as we wanted to get away and unwind.

We loved our stay at Julie's! Our pooches had the best time. They were the happiest to be in nature and interact with the other animals. We also had a great time unwinding and connecting with nature. Hoping we can come back soon.

thr most amazing host. so friendly and responsive when messaging back in forth. thr views and area were beautiful a 5 min drive down into town. made me not want to leave ! the place was so clean and homey. my son ended up staying and she brought in more towels and a bottle of vermont maple syrup.

Very clean and cozy cottage. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, and peaceful surroundings. It was a great home base for exploring nearby attractions (we enjoyed Sutton, Douglass Beach in Knowlton, driving the Route des Vines, and visiting the Granby Zoo and Montreal Biodome with our toddler). We appreciated the family-friendly features such as the high chair, baby plates and utensils, and baby gates which gave us peace of mind as the cottage spans two floors. Fanny also was very responsive.

This cute lake cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the lake and area has to offer. We watched sunsets, star gazed (saw the Milky Way), enjoyed the boats that were available to use and mainly hung out on the sun porch that had great views of the lake.

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb on the lake. Had a blast kayaking until sunset, also checking out a Spa an hour away. We loved our stay. Very clean airbnb, comfortable bed, relaxing chairs both inside and out by the water. It would be an easy choice to stay here again in the future.

Ryan was a great host and communicated well before and during the stay. We had no issues during our stay but knew Ryan was only a message away and would address what we needed. Location was perfect for our ski trip to Jay. Restaurants in the area were good but the whole town closes pretty early. Not much of a night life but that was ok. Would recommend and stay again. We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's place. The cabin was so cute with lots of thoughtful features with a well-equipped kitchen. The location on the pond was beautiful and we enjoyed having our coffee/meals looking out at it. We didn't have the best weather while there but still had a great time with our pup. On the last day the weather cleared and we were able to take the canoe out on the pond and even saw a bald eagle and got a loon "concert". Robert provided very helpful information and was super responsive. Would 100% recommend this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your place in Newport Vermont. It was easy to find and the view was spectacular. The house is spacious, cozy, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Stacy's house for a relaxing getaway. Stacy was responsive , easy to talk to and very helpful. I look forward to going back.
