Greatest host and house I could have hoped for, especially considering how last minute it was. They went above and beyond to make the stay as wonderful as possible, and easy for all of us. Extremely polite, and proactive. This place feels more like a home than a rental, and it’s easy to feel like you’re staying with family (that you like)! It’s beautiful inside and out. So much to do in the house, you might not actually leave, and they have everything you need and more available. Easily my first choice next time I’m looking to go back. 100/10 stars. Do yourself the favor of staying here.

this place has everything! from a crab pot and utensils for eating crab to beach chairs, ping pong table and all the comfort and luxuries of home. less than a 5-minute walk to the ocean. close to the casino, about a 15 minute walk. Large grocery store just down the block. well landscaped. well maintained. would definitely stay here again if available the next time we come to the Oregon coast!

Great “Beachy” house with a nice ocean view is literally a 1-minute walk down a paved ramp onto a beautiful miles-long flat beach. Gorgeous fireplace. Clean hot tub also has an ocean view. The 2nd and 3rd sleeping areas upstairs are a little funky because you have to go through one to get to the other, but as long as everyone is OK with that, the area is comfortable and spacious. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend!

My wife and I loved this place so much. We brought my dad and uncle with our pups and had a blast hope to bring the rest of the family here to stay again. 10/10 would recommend!

This is our 7th or 8th stay at this house. Super private. Nice fenced in area for the dogs. Great deck to hang out in the sun. BriAnne is always responsive to any needs. Ready to book next year.

Maggie’s Cottage was everything we had hoped for and more. It was very comfortable and so peaceful. It was also nice have all the kitchen items needed to cook meals at the house when you wanted to just stay in and relax after a beach day. We will definitely stay here again. We escaped the city to spend a birthday in the sanctuary space that this beautiful property is! We loved having the windows open to hear the constant powerful ocean, loved all of the big windows to watch storms roll in & out, and the sunset from the table inside or the perch at the edge of the yard! The bathtub was the largest we have ever seen, and even tho it took about an hour to fill, it was easy time to kill knowing how luxuriously deep and enjoyable it was! Such a cool view from the captains couch, loved taking a few naps from there with the view of the ocean all around! This space is well loved&taken care of! Loved being next door to Georgie’s for quick&delicious fill in meals that we didn’t wanna travel out for, picked up breakfast in my pajamas twice! She left such a lovely snack basket, beautiful flowers and bottle of wine and even a cute card of hers and cupcakes! What a treat!! Totally clear communication, directions, helpful notes to navigate the space! Thanks! So much joy

The property was exactly what I anticipated! It was cozy, cute, and right on the beach! The views were incredible. When we arrived access was quick and easy and the property was spotless. It was great to have access to the garage so we could store our bikes safely while exploring the area. This was a great rental.

This was our second time staying at this house and my family all agrees that when it comes to value you really can't do better than this place! Though it could use a little updating and TLC (our 8-year old daughter got quite a few splinters from the deck and the railing) the location is great - easy access to the beach, It's pet-friendly, clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay Wally is very responsive and friendly. We've already booked our next stay here.

Steps away from beach access to the west and the main LC drag to the east. Cozy old school Oregon Coast cottage. Secure fenced in backyard for your dog. Really a convenient spot in the heart of town.

The house was in a location that was private and easy to get to town for groceries. Views from the house to the ocean were fantastic. The house itself has a lot of stairs which can be a problem for those with ambulatory challenges. Waldport is a quiet town and less touristy, which we appreciated. We loved our 8 day stay there. We also appreciated Jon's flexibility in allowing us to reschedule at the last minute due to a family situation that arose.

The layout of the home for our family of four was perfect. We loved the kitchen and the outdoor grill. Location is perfect base for going to Newport. Waldport. Yachats, cape perpetua and hikes, heceta light house, Florence and Reedsport Overall comfortable bedding. Master bed mattress too soft for me, but some may prefer that. Only downside regarding privacy is that there are other homes close by /can prob see in your windows It truly is a “ stones throw “ from Beach /ocean

Great location and a great place to stay with our parents. The beach is right around the corner and it's a beautiful stretch of coast. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need.

There is nothing I can say that can adequately describe how incredible Tim's place is. The home itself is amazing with really nice details like the outdoor shower, the bathrobes, the stone in the indoor shower, the hot tub in the backyard...I could go on and on. And then there's the view! Amazing. I could sit on the couch and watch the waves for hours and not get bored. Plus, there's a staircase for easy access down to the beach. He also lets guests borrow surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, and other beach equipment. We didn't have time to use any of them, but definitely wanted to. This is one of my all-time favorite Airbnb rentals. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, Tim was super friendly. He gave us great local recommendations and advice. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have spent another night here.

If you're looking for an ocean view and an outdoor area to really enjoy it, this is the place. Large deck with BBQ, chairs, tables. Large picture windows facing the ocean if weather was inclement. Check in was easy. Kitchen was well provisioned and functional - and tight if more than one cook. Pictures matched the description. The staircase to the upstairs is narrow and there is no upstairs bathroom . Beds were comfortable. Access to the beach below is around the block and access could be challanging. Valerie was extremely responsive to all of inquiries and prompt with answers to our questions. There were 6 of us in our group and the house was comfortable with enough room for all.

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Great stay at the coast! Condo is roomy, updated and clean with great TV’s and great views! Would definitely stay again if in the Lincoln City area.

12/10 for Brandon & Rain OR Shine! It has quickly become our go-to home away from home on the Oregon coast. The location is terrific and we can always count on Brandon to be the host with the most. We can’t wait to book again!

A super cute cabin with great location -- just right off 101. If you like shopping, you could walk to the outlets! Also a very short walk down to the beach. The loft was really fun and it was really cozy. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great hosts, very responsive but not at all intrusive. Perfect space for children to play in the backyard sand without having to go to the beach (the backyard practically is the beach). We had two families. And because most of the children were girls it was perfect to have all the girls downstairs and the few boys chose to sleep on the porch on cots instead of in the living room. Highly recommend. I hope we can go back!
