House vacation rentals in Denville

We stayed at Oak View during the first week of June 2025 and had a truly wonderful experience. The home is beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We spent most days relaxing on the deck, enjoying the peaceful surroundings—and even sneaking in a few naps. It was the perfect escape for a restful weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

We were absolutely charmed by this stunning house, surrounded by breathtaking nature and offering incredible views—especially over the lake. Every corner is filled with character and warmth, making it feel like a true hidden gem. A huge thank-you to our wonderful host Sandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and proactive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll be back without a doubt!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

The home was absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. It was in every way it was described and did not disappoint. The community was beautiful and makes you feel safe. My sister and I had an amazing time. We had so many plans to do outdoor activities and it rained all weekend but this house was perfect for a much needed staying in weekend. Perfect home and perfect weekend!

We were blown away by this place and are already determining our next trip back. The pictures are very accurate to the place but really doesn't show off the true beauty of it all. You walk inside and feel right at home. It's clean, well maintained, and very clearly loved and enjoyed. All amenities were top notch including towels and supplies. The back patio fire pit was our favorite place with the waterfall. You are surrounded by nature and the walking trails are spectacular. The heated pool was a lot of fun and clean. Kelli, her husband, and her dad are wonderful! We lost power one morning and they made sure we had what we needed until the power came back on. They were responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay worth while. If you're on the fence about booking this place, just do it. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do, but you'll never want to leave the house. Can't wait to be back!

Heidi's home was immediately inviting and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. She was incredibly flexible and accommodated an early check-in and change to our booking. The home and property were incredible! Our pup loved running around the fully-fenced yard, and we appreciated the dog bowls and bed for him as well. Heidi provided wonderful recommendations and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

we found everything as described - great location, with lake view and access to the lake via sizeable and well equipped dock (two kayaks, paddle board etc. . Janice and her husband were very accessible and nice. Can't wait to return there... . J

We had a great stay at Amanda's Airbnb on Lake Hopatcong. It was a perfect spot for bringing our young children, especially with the toys in the house, the fenced off lake, and the porch with a gate. We were able to use the kayaks, canoe, and stand up paddleboards out on the lake, as well as the great fire pit every night!

The home was pristine and beautifully designed, feeling like a brand new home. Everything was purposely placed to have exactly what you would think you’d need. The host is extremely friendly and super responsive. The views of the lake are awesome. The bedrooms are huge and the beds and bedding are extremely cozy (we all slept like babies). The duel decks are a really cool set up with the hot tub on the bottom such a cool vibe with really nice ceiling lights hanging. We came for a work escape as a team, and this was a great stay for us. The bedrooms upstairs also had their own little balconies, which is great to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before getting our day started. They also had all the amenities in the kitchen you could ever need.

Pickel Farm is the sort of rental you hope for when renting an AirBnb. Lovingly cared for and maintained, the house is a home, not just a rental. The grounds are beautiful - tranquil location but minutes from Peapack (great coffee, restaurants...). We stayed with our three kids and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We'll miss Pickle Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the area.

We loved our stay! It’s in a great location- very walkable to nearby shops, and about a 20 minute drive to Met Life. The place was absolutely spotless and impeccably cleaned when we arrived. Highly recommended!

Stefan & Tais’s home was an incredible peaceful getaway. Walking into the main floor was stunning and really took our breathe away with the huge windows and lookout to the lake. The home came with everything we could want from a grill and fire pit to kayaks and paddle boards. I would recommend their home to anyone looking to have a nice getaway with a beautiful sunset view!

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

I can’t image giving this place anything less than 5 stars! I’m already looking forward to my next stay at Anar’s Lakeside Villa. There was plenty of space for everyone and all the essentials are included. But honestly, even though were was a game room, no one wanted to stay in because the patio in the backyard was so stunning! There’s a beautiful fire pit in the middle we were able to make s’mores on, the chairs were comfortable, and right on the other side you’re able to see the water and boats. During the day we were able to play games in the actual backyard, and then chill in the covered area at night. That being said, outside of the house/backyard patio being great, the area surrounding the house has plenty to do. There is a lake for kayaking or boat rentals (my favorite), great hiking trails (reach out to Anar for recommendations, she has plenty), and shops to purchase food if you’re looking to use the grills/fire pit. Overall, 10000/10, but Airbnb will only let me give it a 5.

The house was perfect for us. The grill area/ summer kitchen was awesome! We enjoyed our stay. Everything was seamless.

Karin was very kind throughout our stay. He brought us water and was very accommodating. The studio is nice and comfortable, I had a very peaceful stay. Perfect for a short day/weekend trip.

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

This was an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! It was very stylish, beautifully designed, very functional with creative touches and excellent use of the abundance of space. It was well stocked and this accommodation has gone above and beyond to be a place you want to be at and will miss when you leave. We were very impressed with the overall place.
