Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

We had an amazing time. This place was absolutely fantastic, plenty of space and natural lighting. The private garden area was a big plus. Close to many Denver attractions. We will def stay here again!

OK I am automatically in love with any house that has lions in the front - lol - but seriously, Hanna's place is something special. The bnb is around back and downstairs, and there are other units but everything was super quiet and cozy. The space has that very cool historic feel, with exposed brick and a really stylish combination of vintage and modern decor. You can feel/imagine the history but the kitchen/bath have been updated so you get the best of both worlds. Everything I needed (albeit a short stay) was available and the furnishings were super comfy. I wish I could have stayed longer! Hanna was a wonderful host, communicative from the start with clear instructions about where to go and how there were 2 codes for the 2 doors, to make sure in advance that I didn't run into any confusion. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband in-person on my way out, and just can't say enough lovely things about them or the stay in general. Thanks so much!

Lovely stay from start to finish. Nanci was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The space is REALLY thoughtful, with every little thing you could possibly need — from the super stocked kitchen (roasting pans, every kind of appliance , etc) to several extra blankets and a zillion perfectly clean towels, you really feel at home. Really enjoyed the accommodations. The rooms were large and well appointed. We had everything we needed, and Travis was very attentive and accommodating. Since we would be arriving late at night, Travis allowed our daughter-in-law to stock the fridge before our arrival. It was wonderful to have eggs available for cooking at 2:00 am, after traveling all day without a chance to eat. We would recommend these accommodations to everyone.

This is such a cozy house. We had to be in town for 7 days for medical reasons. This home gave us a comfortable place to relax between appointments. The host was more than welcoming and took great care of us during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home for families, couples or anyone who needs a little more room than a hotel. Great overall experience.

Staying at Winnie’s Airbnb was an absolute delight! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy and welcoming. From the plush to the local tips, everything was perfect. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to shops and attractions. Winnie was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and truly attentive without being intrusive. I especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and peaceful vibe, making it great for both work and relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend this stay and would love to return!

we stayed for a week for vacation & our stay here was a highlight. we felt right at home. we were able to use the fire pit & sauna & it was a wonderful bonus to our stay. we used the kitchen every day & had breakfast & dinner at the outside table where we got to watch the chickens & occasionally had a visit from the resident cat Fifi. there's a view of the mountains from the backyard that we enjoyed watching the sunset. it was a great home base for us to go out to dinner or the farmers market in Denver, or visit Rocky Mtn National Park, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, & other sights. plenty of space & cozy touches that made us feel right at home. we are sensitive to strong smells, so the Meyers soaps & unscented laundry detergent were unexpected bonuses. close to the airport so it was convenient as well! any time we needed anything, Savannah was super responsive. we interacted with both hosts during our stay & we had lovely conversations & always felt welcome. My friends and I had a fabulous time and stay there, we love the atmosphere and the view to the backyard is absolutely incredible. If you have any questions, JOHN answers very quickly. His accommodation was excellent!

This house is in a perfect location for us to visit our daughter’s family. Nice outside spaces to enjoy. So well stocked too. Krista is super responsive and proactive. So many pros. We love the spacious master bedroom although we did share our concerns regarding a very very low bed (which may be fine for some) and mattress that was particularly sinkable at the edges. She did mention she’d consider changing mattresses around if we needed for a future stay. We had a3 different visitors who all raved about the house, amenities , and how well decorated and clean it was. This was our second stay and we would definitely rent again. A real find in this area of Denver.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Enjoyed the outdoor patio. Hosts were very responsive and communicated very well with us. We had zero issues. Will definitely rebook as it’s just a couple blocks from where our son’s apartment is.

The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

This Air BnB was so lovely! Stephanie has curated such a cool space. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go and close to the interstates. The listing says it’s noisy, which was true, but it normally died down by 11 PM. Parking was east to find around the building. Stephanie was very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb, perfectly located just a short walk from Union Station and the vibrant LoDo district. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay!
