tranquil atmosphere the location is close to many dayclubs there is la bajo & luna at midnight there are still many dessert bars open like ettore gelato and cinnamore sunset on lyma beach the pool water doesn't smell like chlorine either very clean and earthy fast wifi far from the city but almost everything you need is there very good hospitality, Mr. Kadek is very friendly there is parking for 1 car

Wow! My kids said it best when they walked in “I didn’t know Balinese style can be so beautiful”. And on the last day, they asked if we could come back to “the most beautiful AirBnB” they have ever stayed in! The Balinese styled pool is just stunning and water is always warm and inviting . We love lounging by the pool, listening to the coos of the birds, and relaxing (much better than any beach club in Bali!). We enjoyed breakfast at Mewali 2 min walk away, and sunset walks 5 min away at Seseh beach. Check out Alus Warung or Pantai Warung Seseh on the beach around sunset time nearby too. Location is so tranquil yet only abt 12 min away to the trendy shops and restaurants of Pererenan. What a wonderful stay with friendly staff. We felt really well taken care of and safe throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sri who is always kind, and very responsive! It was such a restful stay and we love to be back!

Putu and Lilik have been super helpful! I was being a super procrastinator and only contacted them for airport pickup on the day before my flight, but they still kindly helped me to arrange a driver. The house was well maintained, and you could find all things you need. Nice for a vacation getaway!

I had an absolutely perfect stay here. From start to finish, everything was smooth and comfortable. Any minor issues that came up were resolved immediately, which really shows how attentive and professional the hosts are. A special shoutout to the driver, Putu – he was amazing! Super friendly, reliable, and made getting around so easy. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more special. This villa was absolutely breathtaking — even more beautiful than the photos! Every detail has been so thoughtfully designed, from the natural textures and luxurious finishes to the stunning indoor-outdoor living areas. We spent our mornings lounging by the pool under the palm trees and our evenings enjoying dinner on the terrace with the soft glow of the pendant lights. The location was perfect for us — tucked away in serene Seseh but still close enough to explore Canggu and the beaches. It felt like a private sanctuary. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rain showers were spa-level, and the kitchen was fully equipped — we even had a floating breakfast arranged one morning, which was magical. What really stood out was the vibe — calm, curated, and absolutely stunning without trying too hard. We came to Bali to unwind, and this villa gave us exactly that. Would 100% come back!

Its a posh locality with a squanky quiet and peaceful villa with a good swimming pool. Rooms, Washrooms, Kitchen, cabana all are great place.

We stayed at a few places whilst in Bali and this one was definitely our favourite by far! The staff went above and beyond, very very helpful. The Airbnb was so beautifully decorated and looks exactly like the pictures! The location was perfect! Had supermarkets and cafes 2 mins away. Other restaurants and canggu activities are only 10 mins away by bike. We will definitely stay here again when we come back :)

We stayed as 2 couples in this beautiful villa in the heart of Seminyak (walking distance from Mexicola / Potato Head). The villa is beautiful, better than the photos, slightly off the road so peaceful and quiet, but easy to find and walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. The hosts were great at communicating and organising anything we needed. The service from the staff on site was great, really friendly and nonintrusive. The pool is perfect for couples and families, and the lounge area near the pool is great for relaxing and playing games. We didn't see the third room, but the main rooms are identical and really spacious with great aircon which is a must in Bali! Couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first couple nights in Bali travelling as a group. Would happily recommend to couple travelling together, or would be well suited for a family as well. Look forward to staying here again!

We spent a day (much too short) in this wonderful villa with stunning ocean views…and the sound of waves, absolute relaxation +++!!! Very welcoming and responsive host!! You can go there without a second thought. Recommends 1000%

The villa is beautiful!! The location is in perfect walking distance to the beach and there are great restaurants in the area. The villa was clean and the pool was magnificent!

Villa Oya was an idyllic retreat for us. It’s tucked away down a small street and backs on to jungle. It’s not overlooked and there isn’t (currently!) any building work nearby so it was absolutely quiet and peaceful. It’s about 15min scooter ride to Deus/central canggu area but there’s some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. We really liked the ‘village cafe’ Nyoman is absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating We would happily stay again

These villas are a perfect escape for any couple or solo travelers wanting to escape the business of Ubud. The villas provide fast wifi, perfect if you work remotely. We stayed in the villa backing onto the jungle which was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful stay. Nothing is too much for these hosts. Massage therapists that will come to the villa, local drivers and a stocked drinks fridge (at a fee). We wanted serenity and that’s what we got! The monkey’s passing through the jungle was an added bonus. We will certainly return.

Our stay at this wonderful villa was nothing short of perfect. Everything was as described, if not better! The villa is beautiful and very well kept. It has everything you could possibly need. Zee was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when we needed some advice. The location is close enough to canggu via grab. Highly recommend this villa to anyone :)

Would recommend this place. Beautiful villa, great area and wonderful hosts. The only thing to be aware of is the ongoing construction which even went until 10pm on a Sunday on one of the nights. We were aware of this before booking thanks to the hosts, hence still a 5 star review. We split out stay up so we could still experience this beautiful stay. Luckily construction won’t last forever! Will definitely be back to stay here in future. Thank you 🙏🏼

It is a great place to stay, feels like home and very homey, just one note that the parking area isn't very spacious so I recommend for guests to use small-medium car, but overall 10/10 🌟.

The most amazing villa - the best we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Bali. After a night in a not so great accommodation, Martin, Kadek, and team went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome at Villa Leah. We loved it so much that we cried leaving - we will be back whenever we are in Bali and would recommend to anyone travelling to the area. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Bali! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. wow! What a great place to stay! This Unkerkunft is one of the most beautiful we've had so far. Beautifully furnished, quietly located and our kids loved the pool. We arrived with our own car, so we were also quickly in Ubud. Wayan was very friendly.
