Bonelli Superior Apartment

The Bonelli apartment is one of the 3 apartments that make up La Casa Nido. It is on the ground floor (although there are 9 steps to access the building), and shares a garden and pool with the other two apartments, Adalberti and Caeruleus. It has a large living-dining-kitchen with all the amenities, 50-inch Smart TV, sofa bed with two seats, electric fireplace... In addition, it has a nice room that includes a comfortable "King Size" bed and is connected to a spectacular terrace that connects the two rooms, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in a large independent space and exclusive use overlooking the pool, the stream of the houses and great views of the village. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and everything you need to enjoy every detail. Of course, it has a full bathroom with an arched shower, olive wood details and a design for the enjoyment of the five senses.

We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a single-family home on a 1000 m plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and a private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an exterior staircase that gives access to your accommodation and the pool. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent floors

You are just 3 minutes from downtown Villanueva De la Vera but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
