The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. Genieße das Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft am Kurpark. Die Wohnung (42qm, 1. Etage, kein Aufzug) wurde vor kurzem vollständig saniert und ist mit hochwertigem Mobilar ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 breit, 2 Matratzen), einer Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche. Das Apartmentgebäude selbst ist gepflegt, wenn auch schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Bringst du einen Hund mit, ist dieser sehr willkommen.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Large home on the city square

Over the weekend, we only rent from two nights. It doesn't get more central than this: from the apartment you can look directly at the town square. Two minutes' walk to the train station. Ideal for wedding parties and corporate events. Five bedrooms plus three extra beds provide plenty of sleeping space. There is a parking space for unloading right in front of the house. Directly opposite there are also two e-charging stations and some free parking.
