Great apartment - seemed very new and clean. We loved taking dips in the indoor spa pool and the on-site gym was really convenient. Very close to a petrol station with a decent shop, with a supermarket only 5 mins further away and a big shopping precinct with a hyper market only a 5 min drive away. Thanks for a great stay :)

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

We had a fantastic 11 day stay. Mark and Emma were great to deal with. We had no issues at all and did not need to contact them during our stay, however before our stay both got back to us very quickly with what we were looking for. The apartment was exactly as expected, the only issue we faced was the pool as we found it very deep for our children (1 & 6) and the kids pool is very small but this was only a personal issue! It is about a 10 minute walk to the strip and maybe 15-20 to the beach and 15 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was even nicer than the photos. You could see the beautiful sea from every window. The balcony is small but perfect for 2/3 people to sit and relax with an amazing view. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Plenty towels, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners and good showers. It is very modern and a very high standard in comparison to other places we have stayed. The air-conditioning is fantastic and piped to the rooms which is very quite and doesn't disturb your sleep! We only use it at night and it was great. Viktoria is an excellent host. She was always contactable and replied really promptly to any questions we had. The location is lovely, gorgeous beaches outside the door - a bit rocky, however some locals put in ladders in the beach right opposite us so it was easy to get in and out - and it was the nicest place to swim of all the great beaches around. The main beaches and nightlife are a short walk away. It was really perfect.

We spent awesome time, apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable! Balconies are cute. Place on the rooftop is very nice addition. Place is close to restaurants and bakery. Very good communication with the owner. We are truly recommending apartment and place to stay for longer or shorter stay:) Thank you! 🤗

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia took care of us with a lot of understanding and attention.

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was met by Jelena and was shown the beautiful apartment and underground parking. Everything was well explained and beautifully presented. I felt right at home and really enjoyed my stay. Staying in this place was great! Close to the beach, promenades and seaside promenades, lots of restaurants around, a shop right next to the block. The apartment itself is very clean, exactly as in the photos, a large terrace where we spent most of the time (a huge plus for the awning protecting against the afternoon sun!) The fourth floor (there is an elevator!), providing a lot of privacy even on such a large terrace Communication with the owner was also without any problems, a nice and friendly person :) The connection to Alicante airport is also impeccable, fast and efficient access, followed by a short walk from the stop to the apartment If anyone wants to relax by the sea - I highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Terry’s Airbnb — the apartment was perfect for a short getaway with our 15-month-old. The terrace’s glass doors offered protection from wind and sun, and opened fully when we wanted more sunshine. The provided amenities were great, including a cot, high chair, and baby cutlery. A small bonus would be having some coffee for the machine. Although we experienced a national power outage during our stay, Terry was very helpful and kept us updated — it didn’t affect our experience. The complex itself is excellent, with three great pools. While the immediate area isn’t the most charming, we enjoyed driving to nearby coastal spots for cafes and beaches. A car is definitely recommended.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

Amazing apartment very central located clean modern and relaxing .. perfect for a holiday with children and family will definatley be back can’t recommend this enough

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!
