I needed a quiet place to rest while visiting and this was the perfect place. The place was spotless with very nice kitchen and bath.

Margarita is a friendly and responsive host. Her place was just like the pictures-so cute. I liked everything about the place. It was an easy walk to Center St. where there were shops and restaurants. Bus stops and commuter train were within walking distance for access to downtown Boston. The living space was nicely appointed. Everything was very clean and well supplied with toiletries. I would stay there again so definitely give it a high recommendation.

Rene has decorated very nicely the apartment and has taken carne of all details. She was available at all times and frequently checked that everything was ok.

We had a wonderful stay at steve’s place with my wife and my child. The environment felt incredibly safe and peaceful, and the neighbours spoke highly of steve, which added to our sense of comfort. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large and spotless. The kitchen and living room were well organised and clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved the accommodation and definitely plan to stay here again in the summer. Thank you Steve, for providing such a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The studio was really nice and clean. A good location for visiting Boston College and downtown. It’s very close to the Washington St “T” stop making transportation super easy and convenient.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sophie and Gal’s beautiful Boston apartment! The apartment was spacious, filled with natural light, and felt like a true home away from home. The apartment was impeccably clean, with every amenity you could need – from a full kitchen and cozy living room, flat-screen TV, and an awesome shower that, as a taller family, we loved. The location is unbeatable! Just a short drive to Downtown Boston and Boston College, with easy access to free street parking, which made getting around stress-free. The neighborhood itself is quiet and family-friendly; perfect for a relaxing stay after a day of exploring. We loved the private entrance to the second-floor apartment in this charming home. It provided a sense of security and privacy that made our visit even more comfortable. Sophie and Gal were exceptional hosts – always responsive and accommodating, ready to help with any questions we had. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our stay amazing!

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back! The place was very cozy and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. We were able to meet Steve and he took us on a tour of his backyard. Very friendly and welcoming. This is a great place!

Great stay!

This place is clean, gorgeous, comfortable, and we felt right at home when we got there. It’s in a historic neighborhood and close to the subway. We are already planning a trip to go back and we will be staying here again!

Kemi was a wonderful host and this place is superb! Everything exceeded our expectations. It was about a 10-minute walk to the train to get into Boston, which was perfect. It was a beautiful little air bnb! the theme was cute and there were so many little small touches that made it so great- we got robes, fresh chicken eggs and a goose egg, coffee bar, extra toiletries if you forgot some, etc. not to mention I was traveling from out of state and had to take my culinary school assignment with me, she provided me the right pan I needed so I didn’t have to haul it in luggage :) they were so sweet and there’s even some super yummy honey for sale from their beehive in the backyard! the geese outside were so fun to look at! and I loved the neighborhood

3rd time we stay here. What bigger recommendation can we give? Friendly, cozy. Nice little yard out the back. Very responsive, lovely, host.

Lovely little studio, it’s got everything you need. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Host was friendly and helpful, walkable to everything I needed. I’m short, but if you’re really tall you might have issues - the ceiling is low in some places.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

We loved their place and the location right on the beach and in the sea wall . Got great pics of waves hitting the seawall. Close to alll Boston and Salem locations . Had a great time apt was beautiful and Carol and John left fridge for us fully stocked with milk juice drinks and food . Couldn’t ask for more . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub Grest place to stay

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

Beautiful condo, perfect for 2 people! Everything you need was provided. Deck was lovely. The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for a Fun Boston Experience!

Exactly as described; this is the 2nd time we've stayed here and would stay again. Good location, parking is easy, there's a workspace, wifi is solid, it's quiet, bed is good, shower is good, it's exactly what I'm looking for in an AirBnB. Though I keep forgetting to take advantage of the hot tub! Plus, hosts are fast responders. No complaints!

Great apartment walking distance from MIT. We were there for graduation and appreciated not having to drive or park. The building is modern and clean with a coffee spot right downstairs and loads of restaurants and other shops right on Mass Ave. We liked having a pull out bed for our son in addition to the two bedrooms. Two bathrooms also great to have. Would recommend.
