Wow, what an incredible stay! This charming beachfront house is an absolute gem. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and taking a morning dip in the crystal-clear sea was pure bliss. The pool offered a refreshing alternative, perfect for lazy afternoons. The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

We were very happy with our stay. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and the home was lovely and clean! The location was fine too considering we had a car. The pool was also lovely. We were definitely satisfied.

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

5 stars is few… An ideal place for privacy, contact with nature, relaxation and tranquility! If the picture of our house is part of our character…then Catherine & Alexander are lovely, special! A home with every corner of it's thoughtful. With touches that have the images of Hosts of their travels. A balcony immersed in the pines, overlooking the endless blue! Stylish furniture, distinctive decor, spotless linens throughout the house, even in our king size bed. Details throughout the house even everyday usable that show that this hospitality is done with love! Thank you for giving our vacation days the special touch to feel at home!

We are a family of four and stayed for a week at the Villa. It was a very peaceful area, just what we needed. It felt safe and clean. Eva was great at check-in. Our ferry was a little later and it was no bother to Eva. We hired a car which we felt was needed to easily get around the island at times to suit. Eva helped us to arrange the hire. The communication on messages was very timely and I had all the info I needed. We recommend a stay there. In great walking distance to various restaurants. Thank you Eva & Jim 🌟

We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

We had a wonderful stay at Eleni’s. Magical views, very clean and spacious and great deck area to enjoy dinner and a swim. Lots of hiking in the area and easy access to restaurants and shops. Wish we had stayed longer. Overall highly recommended.

this place is heaven to wake up every morning to the sounds of birds, to the peaceful amazing view of a wide open sea, sourounded by trees and bushes which goes all the way down to the beach swim in a small sechluded beach with clear water i have not enough words for this amazing place I didn't meet Mania but communication with her was smooth and friendly i wish i had met you as you sound an interesting person to be friend with and hear more about your life thank you so much for everything. the cerenity of your place was very healing and will go with me

Lena was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Even though Lena was unable to check us in herself, she had her mom meet us and show us the apartment. The entire experience was easy and comfortable. They went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I felt right at home. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

What an amazing place and host. As the last leg of our Greece trip, this was the perfect island and place to top it off. The place was in the middle of everything, was. Clean, chic, modern and high end; like it was your own. Louisa as a host went above and beyond our high expectations. Elena and her sister Katerina went above and beyond to make the stay (of my wife and I) at their beautiful apartment an absolute pleasure. We stumbled upon Limni by pure luck. What an undiscovered gem! Elena's pictures show her apartment exactly as it is - tastefully decorated with a lot of personal care and attention from her and Katerina. It is spotlessly clean, newly refurbished, with a happy and bright energy throughout. The main bedroom has an incredible view over the bay, which you wake up to every morning with the rising sun. Brilliantly located right in the middle of Limni, the apartment is within touching distance of anything you might need - shops, restaurants, fishmonger, butcher etc Elena runs the pharmacy on the ground level. But really what made our stay a memory we will never forget (we stayed in the apartment for over a month) was the incredible warmth and hospitality Elena and Katerina extended to us. No stone was left unturned to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

The first thing that pops into my mind when coming to write about Simos’ house is the iconic movie “A room with a view” . But here we have a house with a view. And what a beautiful view. The amazing blue sea is there in front of you wherever you look. An endless blue tranquility that gives so much peace and quiet. Spectacular ! The house had all we needed: clean towels and linen, kitchen with the necessary equipment etc’. A part from that the village is small but has everything we wanted. We found a peace of heaven on earth and we look forward to come back. Thank you Simos for this amazing experience we had in your house.

Michael’s place in Koukaki was one of the best Air Bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Excellent location, beautifully designed, comfortable, and excellent shower pressure 😂 I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay while in Athens

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! Absolute perfection! The view is unreal and we loved having morning coffee on the patio. The beds are super comfy and the decor is just stunning! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Cannot recommend it enough!

It was an amazing holiday- the house is super nice stylish and yet very cozy decorated. Everything you need to feel just at home is there and actually much more. Never before ever have seen such a level of cleanliness- the landlady brought it to a top perfection. The recommendations were very useful and very interesting. From the time she was a little girl, I told my granddaughter I wanted to take her to Skopelos and now, 20 years later, I returned with her to this beautiful island. We could not have been happier with our stay at Dimitri's House. We loved being up in the village, not too far from the port, in a neighborhood of traditional houses. For five days, we lived in this lovely, beautifully restored, well-appointed home. Axis was always good about communicating with me, had helpful suggestions for things to do and places to go and even arranged to have a taxi waiting for us when our Flying Dolphin had to come into a different port because of rough seas. Since he was unable to meet us, he had a local friend meet us to take us to the house. It was very clean, and it had everything one might need. If you don't mind walking, having a wonderful dinner at a lovely garden restaurant close by, enjoying your coffee or wine out on a little deck, hearing church bells on Sunday, this is the place for you!

great place to stay for a few days. Very convenient as a location to explore north part of evoia. 5' drive to Krya Vrysi beach and 20' drive to visit Limni village.
