Vacation rentals with breakfast in Decentralized Administration of Epirus and Western Macedonia

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

Out of the way and private, bit of a detour to get there but some beautiful views made the drive worthwhile. They have everything you need but come prepared with groceries for dinner.

Since we chose to traditionally celebrate the 1st of May in the village of Oichalia Trikala in the famous plane trees of the Virgin Mary that we had a great time, our other right choice was Zerva's house!A lovely accommodation in the center of the village with all the comforts. Spotless everything with a large yard and greenery everywhere,space for parking private and the host Katerina always willing for any information we need! In this cozy house that can accommodate up to three families since it has two bathrooms three bedrooms a large living room dining room a kitchen with all the necessary food and a large refrigerator the feeling one has is that it is like home!!!The decor is great and the coffee on the balcony is amazing!The house is located in the middle between Larissa and Trikala and is a base for many destinations!I highly recommend it to everyone who loves a pleasant stay!We would definitely go back there again!

Our stay is excellent, the house very beautiful and in a very good part of the city. Stelios is excellent and helpful where needed.

The house is in a quiet area of Kastoria but only 10 mins drive from main attractions. The house itself is very spacious, it has everything you need and was clean. It also has a lovely yard/garden. Nick recommended some local restaurants/tavernas where he had some great food :)

Great visit, great villa! So nice to relax. The breakfast was wonderful , a real treat for an Airbnb!

Our stay at Evi's place was really impeccable! The house was super clean, the spaces and linens smelled clean, and the house was fully equipped, and there was everything for breakfast. The space comfortably accommodates 4 people and is very close to the center, with comfortable and easy parking! As a host, Evi was amazing! Kind and very helpful! We recommend it for every guest!

The property was lovely, the bedrooms are spacious and clean. All the amenities were there as stated. Christos was very responsive and always there to answer any questions

We been treated as a family. Filippos and his mother Iris did everything to make our stay as joy as possible. When we arrived, the fireplace was lit and warmed up our apartment. Iris spoiled us with women made cakes, olives and olive oil. She addressed all our requests like extra blanked, additional cookware etc. The place is quiet, nice easy to reach by car from Kalabaka by good road. Worth every penny, but again, the main is a feeling we were at home with a family. Dreaming already to come back.

The weekend we spent at George's house in Skoulikaria, it was the nicest three days of our lives!!!! The house is like a fairytale, with a lovely fireplace and fantastic views of the Amvrakikos Gulf. It's warm and convenient, and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is also in an excellent location, right in the village square and everything is accessible on foot. Just next door is the tavern of Kostakis, the Grocery Store, where we ate, had coffee and drink in the evening with all the wonderful and unique characters of the village. George was not just helpful, he became a real friend of ours, as if we had known each other for years. Together with his mother, the incredible Mrs. Theodora, they made us feel like family. George suggested fantastic nearby excursions and hikes, while he was always willing to answer any of our questions and facilitate us in every way! In total, the experience we've had will be unforgettable, and we'll definitely be back soon! Thanks George for everything!!!!

A spotless and functional house and all spotless. Equipped kitchen with enough stuff for basic breakfast. It had Parkin and was very quiet. Great communication and very good heating. If I go back to Ioannina with the family I will stay there again

A small traditional house next to the bridge of the beautiful Konitsa. A very good and affordable option next to the bridge and the route to the monastery of Panagia. It is a great blessing to be in these places. Everything around looks like a painting.

All more than flawless! The house: Full renovated and… SMART. Equipped with new electronics (smart broom, kitchen, laundry, iron, hair dryer, coffee machines, air fryer, etc.). Goods: You won't understand that you're away from your home, and you won't miss ANYTHING. From supplies (slippers, shampoos, deodorants and really anything you might need) to food (coffees, toast, biscuits, vasilopita, cheese pies… .everything) As if you've just left the supermarket Entertainment: PlayStation, board games, Netflix! Heating: Hot house and water (with hot tub column) Cleanliness: Better than our home! The host: Peter's interest started for us long before we arrived! To inform us, to welcome us, to take care of us as if he welcomes known good friends!! Whatever we say will be a little bit!!! Worth the money and we leave full!!! Thank you so much for everything! ❤️❤️

Ioannis was an excellent host. He was very communicative since booking, he waited for us to arrive, took us to the apartment, he answered immediately to whatever we wanted to ask, and he was very flexible with his dates and times. What a great place, the view from the balcony is just amazing. People in the reception were nice and helpful. I recommend 100% this place.

I don’t have the words to adequately describe how amazing this stay was. We stayed in the Maisonette B and then asked to extend our stay and moved to the Maistro. The view is possibly the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Local beaches are gorgeous. We came in early May and would highly recommend. Thank you for this experience that we will always remember

Vasilis and Angelique have a gorgeous place in the heart of a gorgeous mountain. The room was spotless and had a great antique feeling to it. Breakfast was delicious. We hiked for 5 days in the vicinity of Papingo and our hosts generously gave tips on the trails as Vasilis is a certified mountain guide.

Had a great time staying with madalena and her family. Amazing view and relaxed vibes.
