Very complete kitchen where you can join up to 12 people. In an outbuilding is the (free) wellness with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Located in the rural center of Leenderstrijp. Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. Vacation home 't Smiske is just enjoying!

Our cozy rural home, located in the Bocholt, gives space for 10 people. There is a fully fenced garden with a trampoline, a swing with sliding-af and a petanque court. On the adjacent, there is a heated open terrace. Recently we have a covered playground. Here they can fully enjoy themselves in the sand and on the swing. And then there is room to cross with the various go-carts, bikes,... that our holiday home has at our disposal.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds(80-200) and a cozy seat with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
