This place is nice.Extremely beautiful.The owner of homestay is a great host.He is always readily available.The caretaker was also nice.We were short on some materials and they provided us with that.We enjoyed in the pool .It was extremely a safe place for us.Wud always visit this property.They are very kind.

This was my third time staying here, and just like before, it was a pleasant experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and everything was just as expected and I’d definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at James and Suzy’s homestay in Jowai. The space was perfect for two—cozy, clean, and surrounded by nature, which made it feel peaceful and refreshing. Though we didn’t interact much, the hosts were kind, helpful, and always responsive whenever we needed assistance. We did face a few minor issues like mosquitoes, a bit of water clogging in the washroom, and a weak Wi-Fi signal. But these didn’t take away from the overall charm of our stay. Jowai was the perfect base to explore the nearby attractions, and coming back to this little home at the end of the day was always comforting. Thank you, James and Suzy, for hosting us—we truly had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grace of God Serviced Apartment — one of those rare places that feels like home the moment you walk in. The location is ideal: just a few minutes’ uphill from bustling Police Bazar, yet peaceful and tucked away. The interiors are spotlessly clean and beautifully done, with tasteful, cozy decor. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated—from the snug seating areas to the shelves stocked with storybooks, games, and room fresheners. The highlight for me was the huge terrace, offering beautiful views of the city — the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of tea or a good book while soaking in the Shillong air. A special mention to Banteilor, who was incredibly prompt, kind, and gracious throughout— you can tell a lot of heart has gone into making this place what it is. Honestly, it’s the kind of place you’d enjoy even without stepping out. I’d happily return just to spend a quiet weekend here, enjoying the books, games, and that terrace. Highly recommended!
