Sweet Spot

This is the smallest of 4 apartments in a beautifully restored, turn of the century home that was turned into apartments in the 1920s. Three huge sycamore trees surround the house. The fully fenced back yard is a nature retreat complete with pond and sometimes frogs. Large decks surround the back of the house with each tenant having their own share of deck and a BBQ. He housed circus animals in huge barns in Lancaster during winter. The apartment is above a small cafe. The private entrance is at the top of an iron staircase in the back The balcony at the top provides a peaceful resting place and view of the town. Make memories at this simple, unique and family-friendly log cabin. 5 cabins are nestled around an 6 acre lake. On 180 acres one mile from lake Rathbun. The cabin is cooled by portable AC unit not central air. While with us swim/kayak or use our small row boat or fish in our stocked lake. We have a beach that quests can use, volleyball net, fire pits, and access to horses and trail rides (**rides are ran seperate from the cabins) on property.
