Welcome to the Henry Connor Bost House. Our home was built in 1869 and has been fully restored to it's previous glory! It is listed on The National Register of Historic Places. The comfortable furnishings, luxury linens, and modern amenities make this country estate a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy eating outside on the large farm table, swimming in the lovely pool, or walking the 135 acres. A second home listed as The Cottage at Henry Connor Bost Farm can also be rented.

This is a PRIVATE second floor apartment with its own entrance .Dubbed the matrimonial office by locals, our home was a popular Southern guest house for decades. Many romances were kindled here, resulting in over 60 marriages. Conveniently situated with access to highways 64, 601, and 158, main street is a stone's throw away for walkable access to downtown shopping, restaurants, and bars. Easy access to wineries, Rich Park nature trails, Winston Salem, Lexington, Salisbury, and much more.

Welcome to a serene retreat nestled among a wooded forest, a gurgling brook, a candlelit fairy house and trail, the cutest and most loving pony ever and his equine friend, Ginger, a gentle chestnut mare. The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at this rustic A-frame nestled away in the woods bordering a natural spring fed creek. Enjoy food from the grill followed with s'mores by the fire pit. Lift the side wall up with ease to expand your space out onto the deck and immerse yourself into nature. Hiking trails directly accessible from the cabin. Enjoy beautiful woods, creeks and picnic areas; pet the horses and miniature donkeys; or just relax by the fireplace, or bonfire with your favorite beverage. Our neighborhood is beautiful, secluded and in a perfect location that is close to I-40, Parks, restaurants.

This private entrance, NOT shared, spacious open plan apartment includes a king bed, sofa, dining area, work space, plus a private full bathroom. The property is located 1-1/2 miles from downtown Mocksville and Interstate 40. Travel time is 25 mins to Winston-Salem & Wake Forest University, 22 mins to downtown Statesville. The living space is located on the 2nd floor and the bathroom is on the ground floor. There are 15 steps between the 2 levels.
