Monthly Rentals in Davenport Beach

Lovely stay in a gorgeous place, this is a place that feels sacred. A place you respect and honor. A place to find yourself. Its obvious that this host views his land as a labor of love, it shows in so many ways. Peter was awesome. we really didn't need anything, but questions were answered quickly. I found it to be more like an integrated experience with a beautiful yurt, stunning beauty of the mountains and Redwoods..not just a place to lay your head at night. Hummingbirds visted often, frgrant flowers hreet you at every turn. Both the restaurans we visited were great for breakfast, dinner we grilled on the yurt patio. There is a flat top, gas BBQ, and outdoor gas heater. All the tools needed were available. however there so many restaurants close by, along hwy 1 or head into Santa Cruz. if you have a rambunctious dog, I wouldn't, unless you can be on point about watching. We only had 4 days. 2 weeks would of been perfect. still, very grateful for the time we had.

Love it!!! The only thing I was not expecting was how small the bed was. Looks much bigger in the picture. Everything else was magical! 💜

We absolutely adored this little Gem. Its footprint is small but it doesn’t feel small. The layout is perfect for a small family. The Primary bedroom with en suite bathroom was perfect and so well positioned from the smaller bedroom that everyone had ample privacy. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen a dream. My husband loved the Atari and the smart TVs were very nice. Of course, the sweeping views of the Pacific were amazing and with miles of beaches both south and north of Davenport, the location., amazing. The cottage was clean and updated and had thoughtful additions like a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay again. Great location, great space and hosts that are very responsive.

The Santa Cruz A-frame was such a serene retreat into the mountains for us, and an antidote to our overly digital and urban lives. Things we appreciated: easy parking, both an upstairs and downstairs bathroom, full kitchen supplies, private balcony, gorgeous forest views, creek in the back, and easy access to Loch Lomond (peddle boating on the lake was so peaceful), the redwood state park (hiking in the largely shaded trail was great on an otherwise sunny day), and local groceries and food (enjoyed the cute outdoor patio in the back of The Grove cafe and bakery). We had a wonderful rest!
