Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Davao Region

Janice’s place was clean, well equipped and as described. We had some difficulty finding the house as we arrived at night time and there wasnt any visible street name / sign available but Janice was very responsive to all our questions.

A very comfortable place to stay, clean and peaceful surroundings also a very accommodating host and responsive.

Noemi is so friendly and proactive. She made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The place was super big and awesome, too!

Ryan is a great host with a great place. Our three-day vacation was memorable because of how conducive his house is to just hanging out. I'll definitely keep the house in mind next time I have guests. Thank you Sir Ryan!

Everything was indeed true to the descriptions. We just had a little difficulty with the keyless lock device but all in all our entire stay has been so wonderful. Thank you to our super host for responding so quickly. Will totally recommend JeweLees.

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

Amazing place. Perfect for relaxation, slow mornings and family gatherings. Great staff and very acommodating hosts. We were only able to try their drinks and all of the flavors we tried were great! 10/10 would recommend.

I had a wonderful time at Bay Mau Homestay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect for relaxing and especially those with pets since the unit is gated. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The location was fantastic, with easy access to SM EcoLand. We felt truly at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, and we look forward to coming back! ✨💕

Communicating with Trisha was very easy. She was also upfront about the power issues that they usually have in the area. We proceeded to book despite her warning. The place is about 1 hour away from Mati. It's very private, gorgeous and clean. We brought along our 2 dogs (a golden and a lab) and they had so much fun playing at the beach! It's not ideal for kids because of the rocks but the neighbor's beach front was perfect for our dogs. Also, while the beach isn't white sand, it is pebbly so it's not painful to go barefoot. Another bonus was their dipping pool! While we unfortunately did experience a power outage on the morning of our departure, overall we had fun here! If you're looking for a private pet-friendly secure beach front house, which comes with the very helpful Ate Inday, this is the place for you 😊

Had a great stay! The unit was clean and aesthetically designed. Check-in and communication was smooth. It was a bit expensive compared to other units I've stayed in Arezzo, but it was all worth it.

Everytime we go vacation, we couldnt think of other place to stay but just janice’s house!everything u need is all in the house and it is really clean and cozy.we love the whole stay and the host was very responsive and helpful, they reply instantly and even late at night they can reply to u and cater to ur needs. Perfect home for families! Safe neighbourhood and easy access to the highway. The value for money is really good for this place. Highly reccommended!

It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

We did enjoy our stay. There were a couple of board games you can play with your friends. Checking in was easy. The only thing we were bothered about was upon checking in there was kind of a smell, probably the guest before us fried some food and the oily smell lingered. We had to spray lysol and good thing there was a diffuser to mask the smell.

Pauline is very responsive and I had no trouble checking-in as the instructions given were very clear. She is also very helpful with our needs and inquiries. The unit is clean and cold perfect for a cozy staycation. I love the subtle touches for the vibe and aesthetics. Overall, the entire stay was lovely and perfect.

Our stay at Jan Doris place was absolutely wonderful! One of the biggest highlights was their incredible flexibility and Virginia’s responsiveness. We had to reschedule our arrival time due to a 10 hour land trip and ferry arrival and Virginia was immediately understanding and helped us re-arrange the check-in and Check out . They were also very responsive to our questions and provided helpful information throughout our stay, making everything stress-free.
