Monthly Rentals in Davao del Norte

Great location in the heart of Davao City! Easy to grab a taxi, ride a jeep, and walk to 7-11/Mercury Drug and other restaurants. Laundry services were also available. The unit itself was furnished well. Linens were clean, and we had complimentary bottled water and sodas on arrival. Tower 1 of Avida also has fewer floors (20 floors vs 25 floors at Tower 2) so there was hardly any wait at the elevators. I liked this unit! It was perfect for me and my husband.

The place really feels like home, it's so cozy and it was big. They also had a lot of extra beds to use and their rooms was spacious enough for us. Owner is responsive and quick to answer our queries. Their place is safe also. We will surely be back to their house. 10/10 would recommend ♥️⭐️
