Vacation rentals with beach access in Dauis

Great place to stay to get away, close to everything, a pool you can dip into to cool down and relax. Beach vibes. recommend dumaluan beach resort over oceanica resort which is close by. Staff/ caretakers also take care of you well here .

Had fun staying here! It was far enough to be peaceful from the hustle and noise but close enough that you can walk for 30 minutes if you want to get to Alona beach. You always have to option to ride a tricab. The reception can contact one if needed. The place had a lovely pool where you can have a drink or chill and relax after touring the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Golda’s. We loved the huge apartment with a big living room, kitchen space, big bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, walk in closet, vanity and little terrace area out front. The views from the pool were beautiful. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and fun, they have a very nice little community there. :) They helped us rent a bike and plan trips when we needed. We just wish we had gotten the list of restaurants sooner. There is food available to order at the place, but eating out will take some planning due to the location. If you’re a rollerskater, talk to Harold, he’s got some good stories and there’s a nice skate spot by the pool. There is also a pool table near the entrance for a chill eve. The wifi worked well for working remotely. Overall, we had a great and relaxing time.

We had a comfortable stay at this condo! The place was clean and conveniently located. Host was responsive and helpful. Perfect for a small group. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment with a great pool! Best to have your own transport to get to Alona beach etc but we enjoyed how quiet and private it was, away from the strip. There's an amazing restaurant literally 1 minute walk away, and lots of other nice places a short scooter ride away. Also a really good quiet secluded beach 5 minute scooter ride away. The apartment is big and spacious, clean, comfortable. Cristophe is also a great host! Very quick to respond to questions and issues - we had an Aircon issue while staying and he was straight on it, and it was fixed the next day. He also gave some really good local recommendations 👍🏻

If you like peace and quiet, you could always choose this place. A bit far from the entertainment centers, I felt like it was my home in a rural set up--in a typical rural neighborhood. One could always choose to visit the busy Alona area and feel confident to return to a cozy and peaceful environment to get a night's rest. It has a kitchen with cooking utensils and a refrigerator--easy for one to prep some breakfast, lunch, or dinner; and, at best, for me, I could always keep my beer and liquor cool! For those with cars, there is enough parking space! I like this place!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles hat super geklappt und uns wurde immer sofort geholfen, wenn wir etwas brauchten oder Fragen hatten. Die Apartments sehen frisch renoviert aus und man hat alles was man benoetigt. Preis-Leistung auf jeden Fall vorhanden! Konnten Pick-up vom Airport uber das Apartment organisieren (sehr zu empfehlen, denn am Flughafen verlangen die das 3-fache). Vielen lieben Dank an AJ und das Team :)

Wi was an amazing host. The best host I ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure mine and my dad’s stay was nothing but the best. She was very responsive and attentive. There was a power outage in the area but wi took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. She even had snacks and ice delivered to us. Also delivered us dinner from her delicious restaurant in the city! If you’re looking for beach front this is not the place but maybe 10-15 mins away from Alona beach which you can take a tuk tuk to. There are also other beaches close by which in my opinion is the best option! There are stores right outside the subdivision which was very convenient. The guards are very helpful.. they will get you a tuk tuk if needed! Also, if you need transportation to the airport a tuk tuk will be able to take you! Me and my dad enjoyed her cute little home we will definitely be back! Thank you, Wi!!!

If you’re looking for a vacation home, or a place to escape this is it. The Villa is solar powered so if you’re big on saving energy this is a plus. The rooms look exactly as described and exactly as shown. It was squeaky clean and beautiful. The pools are amazing, fresh water and warm. I was swimming morning, afternoon and evening! The staff is exceptional. The coordinator Rhocyl, the house manager Jacky, our sweet awesome driver Biloy, and Chef Dario along with the other staff members - they all went over and beyond with accommodating & helping us and making us feel at home. I felt comfortable and secure with the staff. Jacky was quick to accommodate last minute requests and Biloy happily drove us everywhere 😇 I know that I have a place to return to when I come to Panglao and it’s Villa Tawala My only wish, is that we take the crew along with us to our other destinations but I’m sure they would be missed! This place was hands down, the best place we stayed in all the Philippines. This place was amazing and I didn’t want to leave. Great host and very friendly care taker. Having access to the pool and a gym was definitely a plus. However, the house was just set up so perfect. We had a grill outside. We had a washing machine. We had a boat available to us. We had a scooter available. The house was set up where you didn’t have to worry about going and getting water and toilet paper and soap. Everything was provided. It was wonderful. The ceilings are very high around. I would say 11 to 12 feet so you do not feel claustrophobic at all and it’s very spacious. We had all the dishes provided to us so that we could cook there and all the amenities just made it feel like we were living there all along. It had excellent air conditioning in all of the rooms and excellent water pressure in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, and anything else that was needed.

The host is friendly and responsive. It feels like home.

We had a fantastic stay at John's place. John himself was such a gracious host. The space was clean, clutter-free, and complete with amenities to make for a convenient stay (from towels to shampoo and body soap, down to sponge and dishwashing liquid... cooking utensils too). The towels were soft and smelled super clean! A family of 7, we arrived with two cars which we were able to park within the area without encroaching on the road. The kids loved the wifi speed, Smart TV, and... yes, the quiet A/C, and solar power system. We were delighted that the kids' favorite items on our sight-seeing list were within 10 minutes' drive only from the AirBnB: the Bohol Bee Farm Resort, South Farm, and Bohol Ocean Fantasy Show. Chocolate Hills, Loboc River Cruise, and Mirror of the World were also about 45 minutes to 1 hour away. All extremely easy to locate with Google Maps. Overall, what a memorable stay! We highly recommend John's place for families doing a self-drive DIY tour of Bohol.

So glad we found this place. It's a tiny but GREAT home. Lends itself well to an extended stay. Likes: * Extremely fresh and clean place * Very helpful and responsive hosts * Good wifi and smart TV * Bedroom has aircon * Hot/cold water dispenser and fridge * All kitchen utensils, oil and salt provided * Private backyard with gas hob cooker and clothes line *Quiet safe area, small local stores, walkable (or short ride) into town for all amenities Worth noting: The bathroom is reached via the backyard (well-lit). Good shower pressure. Low toilet height and bucket flush might be a challenge for some, worked fine for us. Overall: great for the price, highly recommended.

The host Renilo was great & very responsive. It’s a comfortable & nice house to stay in if you’re visiting Bohol.

the place is peaceful. the condo has a great pool. however, you need to have a contact with toktok drivers (ask the guard of the condo) because its hard to get a grab car. its accessible to the dumaluan beach using toktok thank you lara for being responive. the rate is great for its price because we are 5 and we got to cook inside so we saved a lot.

I had a wonderful stay here! The space was lovely – clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, always available if I had any questions. The location is great too – close enough to town for convenience, but still peaceful. You do hear planes going over the room, but it’s okay the host provides earplugs too. It was really easy to catch a tuk-tuk whenever I needed to go anywhere. There is also a jacuzzi which is a nice touch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I stayed for 2 nights, and the communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made the trip very comfortable. The host kindly explained how to rent a motorbike and arrange transportation from the airport, making everything easy and stress-free. The cleanliness and hygiene of the property were excellent, and the jacuzzi was well-maintained. Hot water was available, but during peak times, the water pressure could be a bit low. However, the manager was always on standby to help, and they quickly resolved any issues. There are a friendly, delicious local-style pizza pub and a Mexican restaurant right in front of the property, which was a great bonus. The location was also convenient for accessing nearby attractions, making it a perfect place to stay for a trip.

I booked Steve and Cherrie’s place for my best friend and her cousins as a bonding getaway, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to Alona Beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. It made everything so easy and convenient for them. They had a fantastic time, and the place was clean, comfortable, and just right for relaxing and spending quality time together. Steve and Cherrie were kind and responsive hosts throughout the stay. I’d gladly recommend this place to family and friends, and we’d love to book again in the future!

its our 2nd time to checkin to this house... Its still the same house we stayed - everything looks good. I noticed that it is well maintained and very clean despite the 3 year gap of our past and then this recent visit. I would still go back here the 3rd time if I would visit Bohol.
