Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Dauin

We kept extending our stay here because of how comfortable we felt in this house. Ate Mhy , the caretaker, is very friendly and kind. I love everything about this stay. My doctor does a home visit and does everything conveniently for me. Glad this house isn’t hard to locate. Really a great AirBnB find!

The place was peaceful and suited for family staycation. The caretakers were accommodating and helpful.

We were in Greenland for the second time. The first time was in 2017 so we did know the place already a bit. Its a very nice and beautifull place. You find here al the rest you need for a good vacation. The view at Apo Island is so nice. We were lucky to have a car available from a friend of my wife's sister. Very easy if you want to visit some nice places like the Casaroro falls (very beautifull but very difficult to reach) and Dumaguete. Ofcourse we did visit Apo Island and the market of Zamboanguita on wednesday (easy to go there by foot). Also a visit to the ISland Siquijor is a must..... The owner Jack and his wife are very kind and helpfull if you have questions. Also the caretaker Toto is very kind and helpfull. We had a great vacation, we hope to come back in the future.

We definitely had a very good experience staying at their place. No hassle on the check in, host is responsive, and the house itself was clean and had enough amenities for all of us!

The place is giving so much vibe specially a person like me who likes aesthetic designs biggest point maam tiff is very responsive to my concerns wow i was si amazed!!❤️

Ma’am vanz was helpful and the house is warm and cozy. host was also so accommodating and giving recommendations for car rentals and tricycle. Was fast enough to reply for our queries. We will definitely go back and will book this again!!!🫶🏻

Our family had a wonderful stay at this fully furnished home. The location was ideal—peaceful and safe. The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected and even get some remote work done during our trip. The host was outstanding—super friendly, welcoming, and an excellent communicator. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay in Dumaguete. We’ll definitely be back!

Aileen's a great host and her staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. It's easy to find, well appointed and plenty of amenities. The views are amazing! We would recommend Aileen's place and will definitely be back. Thanks Aileen for everything.

We had an incredible stay at townhouse of tula. The place is so clean, comfy is definitely pet friendly. Everything we need is there even the things that we never thought we need like cooking oil, magic sarap and gloves for diswashing is being provided. This just shows how the host thought of the welfare of the guests. I highly recommend staying here, very prestine place and very excellent host🤩

We loved the place, that's why we extended for one more night and booked the other unit in the property. We liked how peaceful it is and we could swim in the lap pool for as often as we want. The property has some beautiful views - ocean view, mountain view, etc. And at night, you can see lots of stars in the sky! We bought grocery before we went there, so everything was convenient when we arrived. The unit was complete with kitchen utensils. Douglas even gave us complimentary wine and the wine was delicious and sweet! We would definitely go back and bring our friends. Douglas as a host was really friendly. His staff were also very kind.

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

location was fantastic, right by all the dive shops (Bongo Bongo specifically) and around the corner from two great restaurants (Jardin and Sabbies food hub). The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning worked well however the shower didn't have hot water. this was not an issue as it was so hot anyway but just a note. the pool was a welcome relief too. overall if you are in Dauin to dive as there is nothing else to do and the beach is disgusting, is recommend this accommodation.

Agréable surprise en arrivant, maison neuve, propre avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Quartier calme. Excellent wifi. Tout les équipements sont neufs. Terrain de basket et piscine excellent que nous avons utilisé régulièrement! Nous sommes restés finalement plus longtemps que prévu tellement nous nous sentons bien ici. Hote réactif toujours prête à aider. Maison assez grande pour une famille comme nous, mais ira très bien aussi pour un couple. Enjoy!

It was a great stay for the family after a day of activity at the beach. the place was peaceful and not in a crowded area. host was very responsive and we are accommodated very well when we arrived there. will prolly be one of our go to places on the south side of cebu.

Connie and Sue were excellent hosts. the apt was clean as a pin. grounds were immaculate.

The place is highly recommended! It’s far from the noise of bustling cities, giving you a chance to clear your mind for a while. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our 3rd anniversary. I’ll never forget this place—it was my first time snorkeling and seeing the life beneath the water. I even saw Dory (the fish from Finding Nemo) 😅. It was truly amazing. I hope to visit again. The place, the ambiance, the sound of the ocean… Till we meet again, Dauin. 🙃

Location is ok, the place is nice and clean ideal for family and barkadas, the place is really new not yet complete, overall is ok you can cook .

Athena is responsive to my queries and gave clear instructions & directions. The place is clean, sturdy furnitures and well ventilated. I like that it’s near the beach.

Après être descendu du bus vous êtes à cinq minutes à pied pour arriver dans un lieu paisible avec la chambre, les pieds dans l’eau. accueil De kelly, très chaleureux qqui tout le nécessaire dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Pour ma réservation j’avais fait une erreur de date, j’ai prévenu Mika la veille qui m’a gentiment rassurée, et m’a changé les dates gratuitement. C’est très appréciable. vous pouvez prendre un tuk tuk , pour arriver à l’embarcadère et visiter la très belle Île APO venir après cette belle journée redormir au même endroit. Vous pouvez laisser vos gros sac à dos. Kelly vous les gardera. Jerome, est également très sympa. Merci pour tout. À très bientôt j’espère.😍
