Monthly Rentals in Daugava River

My stay at the seagull apartment was amazing. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. It’s in a very good location and in walking distance of everything. The hosts Olga and Aleksandr very welcoming and made me feel both safe and welcome in Riga. I’m grateful for all their help and advice during my stay. I was sad that I had to leave and go back home because I enjoyed staying there so much. But now I’m looking forward to my next visit. For anybody traveling to Riga I can highly recommend choosing to stay at this apartment. You won’t be disappointed. Kind regards Victoria

I’ve stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks and can only recommend it. It is a bit further away from the center of Riga but therefore more affordable and the train and bus connection is really good (almost every 5 minutes during the day), so I didn’t mind it at all. The apartment was really beautiful and clean and I felt really safe in the building and also in the area. There is a supermarket close by which is convenient. The communication was really fast and friendly and Sintija tried to make everything possible (e.g. I could extend my stay for one night). I would definitely stay there again!

A great spot to spend a night if you are visiting eastern Latvia. I had plenty of room as a single person. Anita provided some great Latvian food on my arrival. I recommend this triangle home highly!

Sergio and Enrica were wonderful hosts, exceptionally kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs. Their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. The newly renovated apartment is very small but thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, even for a longer stay. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, stove, oven, iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and they even left tea, coffee, and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is convenient, about 1 km from the bus/train station and within walking distance of the old town. A bus stop with frequent buses to the city center and airport is just a 5-minute walk away. The only small downside is that there isn’t much space to dry clothes that can’t go in the dryer, which might be worth considering for a longer stay. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment.
