雅薇 were wonderful, kind and generous hosts. The place was warm, welcoming, and peaceful. Beautiful nature all around, quiet at night. The perfect place to get away for retreat and rest. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious and healthy. Highly recommend for the room and also for the gracious hosts :)

很棒的地方，旁邊就是超級大的公園很幽靜，房間很大很乾淨，床很好睡🥰 唯一美中不足的是晚上洗澡的人可能比較多，導致水壓有點不穩，已經照著指示打開，但水還是弱弱的🥲。

房間很乾淨舒適，房東一家很友善。

房子非常乾淨整潔，設備都非常好。很推薦全家一起來包棟，有電梯對於腳不方便的長輩真是太友善。停車可以4-5台，附近開車2分鐘有全家、超市跟知名海產店，自己買來煮或外食都很方便。

房東很親切友善，住宿體驗也很棒 空間也很乾淨整潔～尤其包棟不會受其他噪音影響，停車很方便，下次還會想回訪👍👍

房間很大，能優閒地度過假期

Nous avons adoré l’appartement de Johnny dans Xindian. Comme c’était notre première visite à Taïwan, nous ne connaissions pas le quartier mais voici ce que l’on a aimé: 1. appartement très beau et spacieux et bien équipé. Habitation très confortable avec une place de stationnement dans le garage. 2. pleins de petites attentions qui nous ont facilité la vie : les capsules nespresso pour la cafetière, les notes très claires pour tout. 3. parc linéaire du Bitan le long de la rivière juste derrière l’appartement, ce qui invite à l’activité physique, c’est très agréable. 4. balcon du salon très spacieux d’où on pouvait admirer la rivière à toute heure de la journée, incluant les nageurs et joggers matinaux, et les rameurs de kayak et bateaux-dragons, et les spectacles de lumières le soir. 5. l’appartement est située dans une rue qui est un marché local et qui compte aussi un magasin family mart très pratique. 6. il est à quelques minutes à pied du métro qui nous amène n’importe où.

離海很近。可惜當天下雨 就沒有使用泳池了。房間舒適 像住在朋友家一樣

房東很好溝通、態度積極、非常友善親切。整體環境乾淨明亮，設備嶄新。

超級棒的房間、超級推、、下次去宜蘭還要住、、 房間真的跟圖片一樣🫧 （還有客廳、廚房）（很扯根本小小包棟）房間超級乾淨、很大 隔音超級無敵好（完全聽不到外面的聲音）地點也超級便利（大概走十步就到夜市了、、）房主處理事情也很快 唯一ㄉ缺點可能是車子不太好停（其實想不太到缺點） 整個配備都超級齊全 網飛甚至已經登入好了 還有提供想都沒想過的東西（棉花棒、OK蹦、鯊魚夾之類的） 超級貼心、、 四樓廚房也有冷氣、很多碗盤、大冰箱、烘碗機、洗衣機、烘衣機、、 本來以為這個價格會只有一個房間 沒想到設備超級完善 真的live like a king 住完後真ㄉ覺得房主是一個很注意細節的人、、、（目前艾爾逼恩逼住過最喜歡的房間）（我們每個人都在驚呼太扯了）

這次在宜蘭的住宿經驗非常棒！房東里歐回覆訊息非常迅速，讓我們感到安心。房間空間寬敞、整潔，床非常舒適，枕頭的高度也很剛好，讓我們一夜好眠。 客廳有很棒的沙發，還有大螢幕電視和 Netflix 會員可以使用，晚上在這裡追劇真的很享受。浴室的水壓很強、熱水穩定，洗澡超舒服。冷氣非常給力，讓我們在炎熱的夏天也能完全放鬆。 整體來說是一個非常舒服、用心經營的住宿體驗，下次來宜蘭一定還會再回來！

Mia’s place was quiet and very cozy. Perfect place for a jet-lagged family. We didnt use the kitchen, but it was very well equipped with good quality and clean electric appliances. Bed and shower was excellent with perfect pressure. Pillow was too high for our liking. Baby cot and high chair provided. The washing machine and dryer was very helpful! Mia provided washing liquid as well. It really felt like living at home with everything ready. The mosquitos…we were also very careful but on the second day realized the problem was that dozens of them were keen on staying on/around the front door, and impossible to prevent them from flying in while opening the door to get in. Our solution was spraying the insecticide provided before opening the door. We did that only once on the second day and did not have any problems thereafter. Mia also provided mosquito nets. Overall a very good stay and definitely recommended.

很久沒有住民宿，以往來礁溪都住飯店，這次選擇民宿，非常乾淨舒適，可免費唱歌，且兩人住全棟很悠哉，房東還準備飲品小餅乾等等，比起飯店物超所值，房東回覆訊息也超快，以後有機會還會再來訪🥰

Nina and her Hausband are very friendly. They explained everything well and answered super-quickly. The house is fully equipped for living, very comfortable and clean. Thank you, Nina!

在廚房提前準備很多飲料、點心、麵包、牛奶、蛋，數量多到是「民宿老闆怕你餓等級」。廚具很完整數量也非常足夠，但如果有IH爐使用說明書會更好，我們一行人都沒有用過，第一時間有一點不知所措。 交誼廳有KTV、電動麻將桌，提供很完整的娛樂活動！室外烤肉區有烤肉夾、烤肉架還有烤肉網，垃圾也分類明確不會讓人不知道該怎麼處理，落實垃圾分類愛地球❤️！ 房間內有盥洗用品、毛巾、吹風機。只需要帶個人習慣用的即可，如果你是對盥洗用品沒有特別要求的人，輕裝就可以出發。 前行與屋主溝通上也得到很多即時性的回覆，讓旅途順利進行。 管家也很貼心的提供很多幫助，當天我們一行人分批抵達，我是最後一組抵達的人，抵達時下了超大的雨，管家一個箭步從屋內衝出到車子邊撐傘接我們。 需要自己準備烤肉或火鍋的食材以及調味料。我們忘記買調味料，附近的喜互惠或超商有一點距離，但這是我們自己的疏失，提供給之後要去的朋友們參考。 這裡的環境四周都是農田，旁邊是河堤。環境很清靜，早起時不會有車水馬龍的聲音，非常喜歡！

Very clean. Big rooms and host is very responsible and hospitable who was ready to answer all our queries and request. There is a lift accessing every floor of the house. And a 4th floor, ball pit play pen + rooftop mini pool which is great of kids. There are also tidbits for snacking. Has ktv and mahjong table as well. Spoilt for choice and good value.
