I live right next to the two houses that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved home with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency that rents apartments, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola (a kind of hermit) I only rent a simple furnished private house, as per photo, nothing more. "Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Tutto a portata di mano. La zona Darsena offre la possibilità di muoversi in bici od a piedi per raggiungere le spiagge, la pineta o la zona centrale, compresa la cosi chiamata "Passeggiata", dove fare shopping, assistere al Carnevale nel mese di febbraio e prendere un aperitivo vista mare. Non mancano i ristoranti e i locali di movida che si anima nel periodo estivo e nei week end. La città di Viareggio è molto comoda per escursioni in città vicine come Lucca, Pisa e Firenze. Ben arrivati.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
