This villa is a haven of peace. Peaceful in the greenery and not too far from attractions for children such as the JUMIEGES amusement park and a superb walk in the forest of ROUMARE.

we really enjoyed this fantastic house in this fantastic place. enough space for all of us, very nice outdoor space and with the weather what we had, it was completely nice!

Had a great visit! The accommodation is as described, very clean, well-decorated and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Host is responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back!

Arriving at Florence is like arriving at home. You feel the warmth of a fire pit. Everything is authentic, it is a living house. Like at home, there are the little things that "DIY" but that's what makes the real welcome home, the real Airbnb. We want to thank Florence and her husband for the trust they gave us by leaving us their own house for 5 days. We made ourselves at home and did everything we could to preserve their living space. We were in winter and we were able to enjoy the outdoors including the hot tub…. Coming in summer needs to be even more wonderful. Coming as a family with kids and grandchildren, we had a peaceful time. Thank you again for your responsiveness to our questions ….. 😉

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

We had 7 adults and 3 under 5s, and although we had a couple of iffy days we always found things to do, and while some I enjoyed a peaceful evening with a glass of wine, some enjoyed a game of snooker/ pool and Fuss-ball. The children loved the huge garden and could run off steam in it and the pool was an instant hit as well. Loved the place and would like to return.

this Friday, May 30, For a wedding ceremony, we stayed at Aurélie & Thomas's. I recommend this calm - easy access - cleanliness - Aurélie is attentive and the +++ this pool which in a heatwave was EXTRA! I would recommend it WITHOUT HESITATION!!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Julie’s gite. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings. Our 2 and 5 year olds loved the trampoline, swings and slide in the garden. They also loved playing at the front of the house. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for children with the room next door to the master bedroom. We had everything we needed for our baby too. We were super lucky that Julie opened the outdoor heated swimming pool. A real bonus! There is a village with a bakery, shop, pharmacy, supermarket with petrol station, and a small play park less than 10 minutes drive away. There is an also a microbrewery with live music, food and drink on the other side of the village.

We had a very nice week at Julie and Clément's. Parking always available in front of the front door at any time. Very quiet to sleep, no noise, the patio is great for coffee or meals. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located,we could easily reach everything on foot. The small garden is also great, we could have breakfast there very nicely outside. Definitely recommended!

I would highly recommend Aude and her lovely garden house. A cocoon in the countryside and quiet. Everything is convenient and well thought out. The accommodation is very well located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Aude is very nice. I would definitely stay again.

The accommodation is indeed better than what you see in the photos: spacious and very comfortable. The garden is charming and we enjoyed the Normandy sun in this little corner of tranquility! there are plenty of hikes to do in the area. The hosts are charming and have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay!

If I had to stay a week or return to this area, I would not stay anywhere else. Loved it!

Great value for the money on the proximity of Rouen. A great view!! Description as advertised. Good communication with Chloe. Very nice typical 2-story house well-equipped to accommodate 6/8 people comfortably. Good insulation on the street. Small friendly garden. The presence of beds made on arrival and towels on site is appreciable for a very late arrival (with lockbox). Very good location that allows you to be in Rouen or the surroundings in a few minutes depending on the traffic. The only negative point is the complicated parking as mentioned. You have to plan to wait in front of the accommodation to drop off the luggage and then look for a place nearby. It's not complicated in itself, but it's still a disadvantage to anticipate, especially if you have a large family with children or people with disabilities. Address to remember.

We always dreamt of visiting the French countryside and having a local village that caters to all needs! This place was a dream come true and the host was always responsive and even allowed a late check out free of charge! It was the most amazing 4 days and our Lab loved his first trip out of the UK! I highly recommend anyone to book this place!

Very quiet. Had everything we needed. Nice park for kids down the road. Bakery round the corner. Little shop opposite the park also.
