Parken meist direkt vor dem Haus möglich.

Market square cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is located in a former horse stable, which has been lovingly restored by us. If you love historical ambience this will be the right place for you. Free parking at the train station or in the street (weekend)

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

Cheap studio apartment for a lovely stay

My place is close to In Darmstadt's green north, fully furnished, bright and inviting 1 bedroom apartment - "Studio" (sleeping and living area - see pictures), where you immediately feel at home, put down your suitcase and enjoy. It was kept extra cheap for the Christmas season. If two different guests arrive, we can also separate the two box spring beds or it remains as a double bed as shown in the pictures. Looking forward to your arrival.
