Beautiful views from inside and out. Extremely quiet and peaceful location. Home was comfortable and had more then everything needed. Small towns and lakes near by were great to visit and short drives.

The Bow house was a beautiful place and Jen was incredibly hospitable and responsive. This is an amazing place to come and get away from the noise. Everything was so clean and cozy. Would definitely come again!

Claire was an amazing host-beautiful location and she treated us like VIP guests with homemade soup and cookies! My parents loved it. Thanks for the stay!

Stayed with my daughter and 3 dogs to visit my Dad in Westmore about 15 mins away. What a great place! So spacious, quiet, peaceful. Had everything you need and a binder with so much info for anything else! Comfortable beds, beautiful yard, perfect size fenced in area for the dogs. Left a sweet note with some maple popcorn. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for having us!

We loved spending our time in Vermont at Bonnie’s place! The house had everything we needed and Bonnie was a great and responsive host. The horses next door were such a treat for our kids to see and the views were beautiful.

Second time I’ve rented this home. My friends and I all agree that this is our favorite place to rent. Beautiful home, very spacious and located in such a great spot. Trail access is right in the driveway and the home offers much privacy. All the essentials you need for a weekend bike trip. We already can’t wait to book next year!

If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. The house was immaculate, Christie communicated early and often, and my wife and I (and our two bloodhounds!) absolutely adored sitting on the massive open porch watching the Vermont skies roll by on Friday night. The large windows looking out onto the gardens made morning coffee special, and the property had just been freshly mowed and served as an incredibly playground for the hounds. We just wish we could have stayed longer! For those looking for the epitome of a Vermont get-away with an abundance of privacy and tranquility, this is your spot, no questions asked. Dawnside is just as beautiful in person as in the photos. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the views, privacy, and cleanliness of the property. Erich is a great host and the house manual is detailed and useful. We would visit again!

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

Chad was an incredible host! He was extremely accommodating with any requests we had. The views from his place are breath-taking! We enjoyed snowshoeing from the backyard onto trails in the woods. I fell in love with his cat who visited daily! He kept the driveway plowed and salted in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend his place!

Beautiful spot to relax, reconnect and leave refreshed! We enjoyed everything about our stay, especially the sauna, living pool, and hike to the yurt! We would love to return, thank you for sharing such a peaceful place with us, it was exactly what we needed.

Our stay was wonderful at the cabin. The cabin was clean and centrally located to winter activities. Andrea was very responsive. Cant wait to go back again

Linda was a fantastic host, and her home was even better than listed. The cabin was a good size for our family of four + dog; the 2 bed / 2 bath arrangement allowed for good privacy when needed. The fireplace was great for apres and winding down at night. Location is a nice mix of seclusion (off the Mountain Rd), but close to everything.

Stayed here for a wedding & this place is so cute! Would definitely stay again! Great location & has everything you need!

This home is an absolute gem! Every corner is tastefully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere. It is fully equipped with everything you could need—an ideal place for relaxation and unwinding. The grounds are beautifully maintained, peaceful, and picturesque from every angle. We enjoyed sitting near the pond watching the sunset after a day of activities. The trail behind the house offers a walk along a serene creek through the woods—a perfect escape into nature. The fast Wi-Fi is a bonus, especially for those needing to stay connected. Travis was incredibly communicative and welcoming, ensuring a truly memorable experience. We can’t wait to visit again in the fall.

We had a wonderful vacation. The cabin is a true gem in the North East Kingdom. Upon entering the house, fresh flowers decorated the rooms and we found a basket of snacks for us and our dog. Leslie and Matt’s passion for decorating made the house cozy and inviting. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the garden, relaxing on the deck, and walking to the river. The food shopping service Leslie and Matt offer is an added bonus. The cabin is also in a perfect location. There are many great hikes and restaurants close by. The North East Kingdom truly delivered with its scenic woods, spectacular summit views, and gorgeous waterfalls. Plus every meal was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and making our vacation this year a memorable one! You both were responsive, friendly, and such a help before and during our stay. This vacation was exactly what we hoped for: a relaxing retreat among the trees. I wish we lived closer because I’d be back every year.

Wow! What a beautiful setting & views!!! Creative sculptures and art ! Super comfy bed for us! Friendly for pets! If only I had been there longer , would have definitely worked on painting… very inspirational setting for artwork! Took lots of photos and we enjoyed seeing the art, architecture, Carolina poplar trees , grape honeysuckle, peony, and tiny pink lilacs!Hope to stay again in any season! Kitchen bits had everything we needed for a short stay. We had an additional cooler as well, that we brought which helped. Nice hot shower too! Small bathroom next to pantry very functional but no privacy as open to pantry. Gotta be very comfy and not shy with whomever you might be sharing space with 😉. No worry for us but others might want to be aware. Truly enjoyed overall!

The Treehut was exactly the off-grid weekend we needed! Leading up to our stay, Brooke was responsive and gave great recommendations for outdoor activities in the area. The directions for parking and getting to the Treehut were easy. There was a short walk from the parking area to the place, which was lit by lanterns, though I recommend having headlamps if you'll be arriving after sunset (two are provided inside the hut). The Treehut itself was so cozy, and had everything we needed. We used the single-burner stove for eggs in the morning, and the grill for lunch and dinner (followed by s'mores by the fire pit)! While we were looking forward to using the little stove inside, the place was insulated well enough that it actually stayed fairly warm. The outdoor shower was a highlight: instant and seemingly unlimited hot water meant we took long showers in the rain, taking in the beauty all around us. We also very much enjoyed lounging in the cozy bed.I can't recommend the Treehut enough!

We had a lovely stay in the cabin and had the whole camp to ourselves. It was really easy for us to head out each day with our dog and enjoy the lake & woods. At night we grilled and enjoyed the wondering gas fire.

Merle was/is an excellent host. Great communication throughout our stay. Definitely won’t be the last time we go there. Beautiful scenery and wonderful landscapes. We requested some wood for fire pit and there was a small pile waiting for us when we arrived. Super host and we would highly recommend to others. Jeff & Jen

The tiny home was everything we needed and nothing that we didn’t. Perfect little escape with a nice view of the mountains and river from the fire pit. It was easy to find but secluded enough for some privacy and relaxation. Inside was spotless and comfortable. Eric was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend it!

We’ve been staying at Mark‘s place for years. It’s our favorite winter vacation spot. This winter was the best we’ve ever had for skiing. There was tons of snow. We all just love it here and hope to continue the tradition in years to come 🌲☃️❄️
