Great stay, house perfectly as advertised, super cute and great for a big group. John was easy to reach and was able to accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out. Would come back again!

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 6, including one little one. It was exactly as pictured and well-stocked with spices in the kitchen and shampoo etc in the bathroom! Beds were super comfy and we loved how close it was to the lake, restaurants, and a playground. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wally was a great host! He was responsive and accommodating. His place was exactly as listed. We were a larger group but everyone was comfortable during our stay. His home was relatively close to Boston's most popular points of interests without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. We will definitely be back and highly recommended.

Great location to getaway. Short walk to two different beaches as well as parking pass for great neck beach. Lots of room for two people to spread out. Lots of games to play. Living room was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy check-in and checkout

This private home is lovely. It is appropriate if stairs are okay for your group 😊. Very clean, near plenty of coffee shops, easy to find, very safe area.

This was the perfect stay for our family of 3 with two furry babies. The location is both crazy convenient (20min to the North End, right on the 93/95 interchange) but also quiet. The space was free of clutter but also had TONS of amenities (toys, washer/dryer, ironing board/iron, toiletries, coffee, etc.). Smart tv in both rooms worked great. Propane grill and outdoor fireplace were awesome. Check in/out was a breeze and they let us check in early for a fee. Bed was very comfy and shower water pressure was incredible. They even provided a pack n play for our kiddo. There is a dog park 4 min away that is great for the dogs too (clean, shaded, large). Right around the corner from anything you’d need. Hosts were very responsive and friendly! Would definitely recommend and will be staying again when we come back to see family!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

Thoroughly delightful stay. Spacious. Immaculate. Comfortable. Generously stocked by Maxine with refrigerator and pantry items. Super comfortable beds and linens. Hosted an extended family dinner and had everything we could possibly need in kitchen and cabinets. Already planning our return. Maxine is communicative, responsive, helpful. We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was extremely clean, cozy, and beautifully prepared — every detail made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

The check-in process was so smooth and finding the place was super easy! The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodating for us to stay the night. We wished we could have stayed to enjoy the amenities that were part of the campground! The location was perfect for us to be able to go to our concert the night of check in! We will definitely be back in our future travels!

This was a sweet spot to land for a night. Thoughtful touches, comfortable layout, and perfect access to the waterfront. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, too! We enjoyed our brief stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Provided a great place for our Daughters wedding weekend. Easy access to highway or downtown. Home had everything you’d need. Home is spacious for all guests. Backyard is huge, green…awesome patio yo hang out. Loved our say with no complaints. Any little issue was addressed in text in minutes. Host checked in often ensuring we were all set. A stunningly beautiful setting that is very quiet and peaceful. Everything you will need to feel at home.

Everyone in our group agreed that Becky's property was perfect. We were surprised by all of the different supplies that are provided for the bathroom and kitchen. The house is very modern and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location too, about a 10 minute drive from downtown Salem.

Our family was in Boston to celebrate our son's college graduation. Eva's place was perfectly located. It was outside the city to avoid traffic, but close to his school so we could get back and forth from graduation festivities over the weekend. The apartment is as advertised, large, clean, with all the needed amenities. Great water pressure and super comfortable beds. Having a full apartment with a large living/dining room and kitchen area was great for the family to relax and decompress over several long days. Eva was responsive to our questions and gave great advice for local restaurants. We really enjoyed La Gallina, a Mediterranean restaurant, in nearby Lynnfield. We were very happy to find her home as it served our purpose perfectly.
