We have taken care of the comfort of the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Listing in the basement of my house. Independent entrance. Recently restored,but keeping the characteristics of the old one ( sink in the room but separate shower.. reserved for you). - Possibility to put a folding bed in the small living room -Right very quiet in a cul-de-sac. -For info , I keep the right to pass through the small living room and in my summer kitchen to access my washing machine and cellar ( I will be as discreet as possible when you are there.)

Composed of 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with brand new shower, separate toilet, a living/dining room with 55-inch smart TV, Fiber. You can park directly in front on the sidewalk. Sheets are provided but not towels. 10 minutes' walk to the city center and train station, 20 minutes' drive to the Futuroscope, 30 minutes to Poitiers and Chauvigny, 45 minutes to Tours.

An outdoor electrical outlet is available to recharge your vehicle (the property will ask you for an extra €15 upon arrival per stay to recharge your vehicle) 20 minutes from the Futuroscope site. CAUTION: MAIN HOUSE The rental corresponds only to the main house for four guests, this consisting of two bedrooms either two 160 beds or one with a double bed and another with twin beds. SECONDARY HOUSE Access to the secondary house is via a booking greater than 4 people or additional rooms Example: 5 guests wishing for their independence, request for 7 guests. They will have access to the entire cottage.
