Lewis Gale and Carilion hospitals within 20 minutes. Amtrak, Roanoke airport, Hollins and Roanoke college nearby. Close to golf courses and Botetourt sports complex. We live next door and available if needed. Govt ID.req

Gloriously private without feeling secluded, this charming guesthouse was totally updated in 2019. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . Triple Crown Cabin w/ Trout pond!

Amazing handcrafted cabin located in the center of the "Roanoke Triple Crown" (McAfee's Knob, tinker cliffs and dragons tooth trails) just minutes from each trail head. Cabin is tucked away from everything. No other houses can be seen from the cabin. The cabin overlooks a beautiful pond with a small waterfall cascading in. Cabin was sustainability built with trees from the 20 acres it sits on. McAfee's Knob trailhead is 10 minutes away, Andy Layne trailhead to tinker cliffs is 9 minutes away.

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. For the best sleep, open the bedroom window!
