From the large panoramic windows you can see straight out to the sea that breaks against brutal reefs and islets, and experience nature in constant change – an eternally living canvas you can sit and study for hours. There is always something happening here – the clouds drift by, the waves roll in, the light changes from hour to hour, and the bird life is rich and intense.

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Discover the charm of our unique tiny house, Brakkebu, perfect for adventurous travelers. This modern tiny house combines comfort and functionality in a cozy environment. You will find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private terrace or take a walk in the beautiful nature. Hot tub, 2 paddleboards, fishing rod, canoe, games for outside and inside, EV charger, garden furniture, fire pit, firewood, bed linens, towels +++ included in the price :)

Studio apartment over garage

Studio leigheit with kitchen and own bathroom with washing machine. Simple standard, but all equipment for the kitchen and linen is available. Central in Flekke, 3 km from UWC. 250 meters to grocery store with simple cafe. Playground in kindergarten nearby. Short distance to beach, fjords and mountains with nice hiking areas. 8 km to the municipal center Dale. It will be our pleasure to help suggest activities in the area. We live in the house close by and it is possible to borrow a cot and enough toys and equipment if desired.

Boating, hiking, kayaking, swimming. The village Balestrand offers fishing trips and fjord tours by boat, rental of kayaks bicycles and cars.

Short drive to Askvoll and Førde (20/45 min)

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It is located right by the fjord and has a beach right outside the cabin. Great place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and a local cafe is 5 min away. Self service farm shop. Free WiFi. Motorboat for rent (summer season).
