Don't have a boat? No problem, Beaver Creek and Conley Bottom marinas are close by. House features modern amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the fireplace indoors or the firepit outdoors. Forest views and fresh air galore await you, especially from the hot tub! Absolutely no smoking inside or out.

Nature Lovers Paradise

Poplar Cove Retreat is a nature lover's paradise! Whether your interest is flowers, trees, birds, or rocks, you'll find it all in abundance. The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Obey River House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The top Floor of our home on the Obey river overlooking Celina. Just a few miles from the Cumberland River and Dale Hollow Dam and Lake. Grocery store and places to eat within a mile. Secluded location, super cozy and peaceful. This is our second home that we are sharing with others, we are updating and renovating little by little as we can. We asked that you please treat this place well because we do live here part time. Enjoy peace and quiet! The home offers many comforts and conveniences while being situated on 31 wooded acres. This is a remote, secluded location that allows you to relax, but if you do want to get out and enjoy some attractions, below are some approximate driving times. These towns offer the closest shopping so you may want to come prepared with your needs. Livingston- 25 minutes Celina- 25 minutes Gainesboro- 30 minutes Cookeville- 45 minutes

Cottage w/ boat parking, 2.7mi to free boat launch

Located in Byrdstown, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all with convenient on-site parking for vehicles and boat(s), a large fenced in deck & yard and a fully stocked kitchen. A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake. There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi). After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!

Sheep’s Meadow Cottage

1 king bed, 1 queen fold-out couch, dedicated workspace. Take it easy at this tranquil and cozy getaway surrounded by a sheep meadow, just 2 miles from I-40. Fishing pond available upon request. We are located just 15 minutes from the charming small town of Cookeville, TN. We are also near beautiful natural attractions, such as waterfalls and lakes. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
