Das Gartenhaus ist ein ideales Haus für Familien mit Kindern, die sicher Treppen gehen können. Unser Anwesen liegt am Rande des Dorfes in schöner Lage. Es gibt viel zu erkunden in unserer nächsten Umgebung: Seen, Felsen, Burgen Museen, viel Historisches wie Maginotlinie und Festung Bitche. Die Vorzüge unseres Standortes: Großartige Natur in der Umgebung, unser großes Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Ausruhen, Schaukeln, Spielen, Grillen, Sitzen, Liegen. Seit Oktober haben wir eine Wärmepumpe.

The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. The living space stretches over 2 floors connected by a self-supporting wooden staircase. Pure luxury for two, ideal for families. The 4-star certification from the German Tourism Association refers to up to 4 people; additional children and other guests are possible by arrangement.

The living space stretches over two floors. On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and fridge. The ground-level living space is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating area. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and WC. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Our barrier-free "holiday home with a dream view" on the Rhine plain stands on a 950 sqm large fenced hillside plot at 300 m altitude. It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - Nord Vosges on the Haardt der Südliche Weinstraße.
